Mr_Jola Posted October 19, 2015 Posted October 19, 2015 Hi all, Thanks for letting me be a part of the AFOL community. I have had lego since I was a kid and I have always loved the trucks and trains. So I like to build trucks that I have driven in my career. I only build these models from left overs from sets. I have a few models I will share shortly but I thought I would share a model I banged up last week. I happened to be searching for other things when I came across 3x 7939 sets (Truck with 1x 20 ft container). So I decided to make an Australian spec B Double container skel with 3x20ft. Imanol BB Posted October 20, 2015 Posted October 20, 2015 Hi, very nice model, i had the same idea some time ago and i wanted to make my own version of this kind of trailers, but i think that your trailers are much better, the details and the structure are nicely made, nice work. Quote
5150 Lego Posted October 20, 2015 Posted October 20, 2015 Exellent moc. I'm a big fan of the B-double trailer set up. I made one based on 8654 ferrari transport truck. What are you using as the trailers king pin? A technic pin? Quote
dr_spock Posted October 20, 2015 Posted October 20, 2015 Nice model. Good use of the vehicle base for the trailer frame. Quote
