Posted October 19, 20159 yr Here is my last MOC for a TechLUG contest. I choose to reproduce a scene from the the Empire Strikes Back. Here are the pictures from the movie. It gave me the details I needed for my MOC. I looked in the picture to find some elements and I tried to reproduce them on my MOC, so you find : 1. incinerator door 2. abandonned droid 3. a half round window 4. a conveyor belt 5. a box with C3P0 parts 6. Chewbacca 7. One of the 3 hugly guys (didn't find their name...) 8. a demijohn 9. some boxes with dump... Here is what I did with that : The incinerator door is lighted by a light brick : Backside : How I made my half round window : All the parts : C&C are welcome !
October 19, 20159 yr Really nice - I like the angled walls which give it a really cramped feel. Are you gonna replace the figures with official ugnaughts when the cloud city set is released?

The different grey color are very useful to create that in Lego... On 10/19/2015 at 2:42 PM, lewis said: Are you gonna replace the figures with official ugnaughts when the cloud city set is released? Maybe, because actually it is zombies head, which are also ugly, but not in the good color...
October 19, 20159 yr Oh man....I love this! Those walls look great and that half window is brilliant.
October 19, 20159 yr Really nice work. You've really captured the haphazard, trashy, look of the place.
October 20, 20159 yr A real success Your MOC is so narrative that you don't even need a title, we can think to Cloud City with a simple glimpse. Well done !
October 20, 20159 yr Author One more point : it was for a contest and I had only 2 weeks and no time for an order...
October 21, 20159 yr Nice MOC Fun Fact: That Abandoned Droid is IG-88! Boba Fett Destroyed him when they both got to Cloud City!
October 23, 20159 yr Good looking MOC! I haven't see this scene as Moc before and I like unbuild scenes a lot! :) Good job.
October 24, 20159 yr Agree that you did an amazing job on the window. Definitely a non-standard use of parts there.
