This castle won the 1st prise in 2011in the all Russia Lego Competition To my mind samurai castles of late 1990-s were the best among LEGO Castles. Have a look at mine. C&C are welcome. October 22, 20159 yr I have only limited experience with the sets and never owned any of the big Ninja theme sets (wish I did) but they seemed amazing to me and I would have much rather gotten one then the Medieval European Castle I got. This is neat, I really like the colour combo you've got going but it's a shame the picture doesn't show the full build from top to bottom.
October 22, 20159 yr I really think you should choose which color this building will be. You have rather blue roof or black, there is no Japanese buildings that have middle part of the building in different color then the rest.

I' quite agree with your suggestion about the colours because I was lucky to visit some Japanese castles. I just hadn't breeks enought of the same colour. June 1, 20168 yr You pretty much nailed the Classic Lego Ninja feel - I saw this thing and immediately started salivating with Lego envy. Classic Lego Ninja was one of my favorite themes as well, and it's probably why I love Ninjago so much. Even though I know nothing about Ninjago, I have a ton of the sets. lol
