Anyone know why gaps are appearing in my LDD house build? I didn't really worry about it until I did a POVray rendition, which looks terrible. My house looks like it's about to fall to pieces :cry_sad: . Files are here: https://www.cubbyuse...82f231bac528812

To me it looks like you have changed "brick shrink" value in ldd2povray setting...once long time ago when I was into POVRay/ldd2povray exploring all its possibilities I have found this: reson why it looks like hat is the fact that shrinking is applying pure same amount of percentage to different bricks so on some it looks more visible then on others - I am suggesting you to change that value...go search inside includes folder

While building, it's worth remembering that the "grid" can be pushed down by placing bricks underneath what's already been built. This grid can also move if hinged pieces are rotated, even if it's by such a small amount that the effects don't show up until now. The only solution is to try and re-build the affected areas.

The cracks are in the LXF.

This sounds like the problem. Sometimes, while trying to place bricks, I have 'lost' them and later found them stuck underneath. But I'm surprised that the grid system doesn't always snap bricks into the allowed coordinates.
