Posted October 30, 20159 yr Hi, Like the title says...I recently ordered 2 sets(60092 and 75099)from European S@H to take advantage of the double vip points and the Christmas train promotion, but when I opened the package, to my surprise...it was full of airbags and only 2 sets where inside, the Christmas Train and the 75099 :\ It's strange, since the paper listing the content, had the 3 sets, but there isn't space available for one more set, since the box was full of airbags. This ever happened to anyone here? I emailed Lego Customer Service today, waiting for my reply :(
October 30, 20159 yr Never happened to me from LEGO, however I did have a lamp arrive with a severely damaged shade. Photos are your friend. Repack the box with the sets you received and bubble pack to show that all sets would not fit and take photos. Also take photos of the contents being removed, like an unboxing. This will help in case there are questions. IHTH Andy D

October 30, 20159 yr This happened to a friend of mine. She ordered Batboat Harbor Pursuit, Chain Cycle Ambush, Bad Cop Car Chase, and a small Friends set to qualify for the train. It came with everything except it was missing the Bad Cop set. Everything was listed, she was billed for all of them, but the set just wasn't there. She contacted Customer Service and they sent her the missing set free of charge.
October 30, 20159 yr If you paid for it... It is not really "free of charge". It is just LEGO correcting their error.
October 30, 20159 yr I had an order with 3 sets where only one set was correct and the other two were totally unrelated sets of a similar size. I had to send them back and they sent the replacements. Was a bit annoyed they didn't offer any VIP points or give an extra freebie after having to wait another week. Probably needed to complain more.
October 31, 20159 yr I ordered a bunch of parts from TLG once. Most were correct, but a few were totally wrong, i.e. not just the wrong colour or size, but completely wrong. I called explaining what had happened and offered to send back the wrong parts but they told me to keep them. They said they would send me the right parts at no extra charge which they did, but the replacements took an age to arrive. I gave most of the wrong parts to a friend and fellow EBer.
