Hass Kabal Posted November 13, 2015 Author Posted November 13, 2015 Is it me or the main body seems a bit too short?? already in the original design brief. I did not start any more stern. When finished, we will see the actual length of the stern. Now it does not understand much of anything else. He has not built the confinement unit yet... It's amazing, I want to build it so bad... It's way far the best version of this batmobile I've seen yet ! By the way, for making of, how did you find the way to gather all the pieces you needed to build it ? Of Course Bricklink :) Quote
BroZ Posted November 13, 2015 Posted November 13, 2015 Thanks ! So can you give me the list of the pieces you use so I can order them and build it when you will post the instructions ? Thanks again ! Quote
Hass Kabal Posted November 13, 2015 Author Posted November 13, 2015 100 finally arrived in photos... Quote
Appie Posted November 14, 2015 Posted November 14, 2015 Great job. I am in awe of the sheer size this is going to be. It must be pretty heavy already. I am currently working on my own version of this, but despite it being in my head since the first trailer of this batmobile early this year I haven't put much work into it. I am glad to see other people wanting to build this model too, been following this topic the past few weeks too (thanks for the great cgi renders). My model uses the slightly bigger bike wheels, it's also more Technic oriented. I'd steal your great UCS style for my model in heartbeat , but I'd fear the weight since I want to use PF. Quote
gamejutzu Posted November 14, 2015 Posted November 14, 2015 Nice work friend. Keep it up. Will the build be using rubber bands? Otherwise, how else can battle mode be activated? Quote

I did not understand exactly. What do you mean? I'm going to drop parts of hands for battle mode manually. It is not an automatic side so ... Great job. Hi BroZ, When finished, I will send you the first LDD project :) In the meantime, I want you to know I'm sorry about the events taking place in your country. My friend. Quote
gamejutzu Posted November 15, 2015 Posted November 15, 2015 Rubber bands? I did not understand exactly. What do you mean? Usually when there is a splitting feature in a Lego set, it is made possible with rubber bands. Like the set Cole's Tread Assault (9444). I was wondering if this build also used a similar feature, or something else is done to make it. Quote

YellowCorvette Posted November 16, 2015 Posted November 16, 2015 Looks good. Even I'm not interested in the Batman franchise, but the model is very well-detailed and very sleek looking. Quote
FTG Prime Posted November 16, 2015 Posted November 16, 2015 Man it looks good. I suggest using a clear base under it to support the wheight,i had to do that with mine and something tells me this is way heavier Quote

Let's see if I combine more complete. I can not predict what will happen now. Edited November 16, 2015 by Hass Kabal Quote

Well if the wheel assembly moves to feature the battle mode i suggest using several ratchets as it may not support it's own weight Quote
Clone OPatra Posted November 16, 2015 Posted November 16, 2015 I felt it was high time to give this a Frontpage so that more people could get in on the fun of seeing your progress. I bet the finished thing will be deserving of a Frontpage post too! Quote

gamejutzu Posted November 17, 2015 Posted November 17, 2015 (edited) Congratulations on making it to the front page! This is turning out very nice. So how will battle mode work? You said it will be manual, but how? Will you move each individual wheel and flip out the cannons yourself, or will there be a switch or rod to pull that will make it all come at once? Edited November 17, 2015 by gamejutzu Quote
Crzypengu Posted November 17, 2015 Posted November 17, 2015 I feel like the guns will be a separate piece. It will look amazing in both modes however. Quote

No switch or stick either. It was not until engineers: D You just pull your hand cannon will be released. left and right arms are open all actually thought that simple. Purpose visuals ... Quote
