This Friday I went to see the Peanuts Movie, and the scenes with Snoopy flying his "Sopwith Camel" gave me the inspiration to create another World War I Flying Ace:

Most of the parts came from the 5925 Adventurers Pontoon Plane, with a propeller and an engine piece I found lying around.

Behind the cockpit there is enough room to store a revolver and a stick of dynamite.

"Curse you, Red Baron!"

Always entertaining, always inspiring, always:

I think that's really nice. You've captured the feel of a classic biplane very well at that scale, and it looks like a lot of fun to swoosh around, too! The handle piece as machine guns above the engine cowling is NPU. :classic:

Cool plane! Was The Peanuts Movie any good?

It was surprisingly very good. Probably the best film Blue Sky Studios has ever made. If Schulz were alive today, I'm sure he would have been proud of it.

Reminds me of the old Johnny Thunder aircraft back before he was Johnny Thunder....sweet little build.

I'll take that as a complement, since a good bit of inspiration came from the Adventurers and Orient Expedition sets.
