Artizan Posted November 29, 2015 Posted November 29, 2015 After our briefing with the Commander, all of our troops rushed to their respective positions asap, I was tasked to deploy our troops safely in the frigate. The team boarded on HAAT/i(High Altitude Assault transport), which I flew safely to one of the safer hangar bays on the ship. The drop zone posed little threat with a few rebel troops disintegrated with my front beam guns. As soon as the area was clear, the task team consisting of the Lego Dwarf, Beltar, Tariq J, Kodan Black led by shadow commando Lord Tyrus, deployed and formed a perimeter before each headed out to his own mission. Nom Carver Posted November 29, 2015 Posted November 29, 2015 Grey, sleek and original, with a nice imperial touch, the hangar floor also looks pretty nice with the greebles on the edges, now is all up to the troops, I cant wait to see them in action. Quote
-Noel- Posted November 29, 2015 Posted November 29, 2015 Very nice! I really like the vehicle design, and the base is just icing on the cake! Quote
Graham Gidman Posted November 29, 2015 Posted November 29, 2015 That is one awesome ship! Totally love that border, too. Quote
Zaael Posted November 30, 2015 Posted November 30, 2015 That ship has an awesome shape! Did you base it on an existing ship? Very sleek and futuristic. Quote
Lord Tyrus Posted November 30, 2015 Posted November 30, 2015 Great ship, nice hanger and good greebles round the sides of the base! (Although I do look worryingly happy for going into a warzone...) Quote
Commander Beltar Posted November 30, 2015 Posted November 30, 2015 If I didn't say it before, that ship is awesome! Looks like its based of the Coruscant gunship if I'm not mistaken? Also, great job with the floor pattern and greebles along the sides. Quote
LucasLaughing Posted December 1, 2015 Posted December 1, 2015 -------------------------------------------------------- After action report - prepared by Sgt. Kirana -------------------------------------------------------- Imperial Pilot Artizan safely delivered the assault team to the Suprosa, avoiding rebel ships on the way and neutralizing rebel forces in the hanger prior to landing. He performed his duty admirably, and should be commended. ------------------------------------------------------- As others have said, that's a beautiful ship. I especially like the windscreen, and the rear fins look really good. Also, excellent border. I feel like those kinds of finishing touches are something I need to work on more, but yours looks great. Vedauwoo Posted December 1, 2015 Posted December 1, 2015 (edited) Superb vessel! Ved's crew has been wondering how to pressurize their vintage LAAT for space.....lol Edited December 1, 2015 by Vedauwoo Quote
TenorPenny Posted December 1, 2015 Posted December 1, 2015 Terrific use of those printed elements. Quote
goatman461 Posted December 1, 2015 Posted December 1, 2015 beautiful ship, definitely looks like an nice evolution of the clone transports and police gunships from CW. some interior shots would've been nice. the white tiles above the floor are a bit strange (lots of tripping, I'm sure) maybe extending the base so they would fit in between those large plates would've helped and there wouldn't be too many remaining studs left behind. great job greebling the border, I wish you had mentioned you were doing that so I could've done the same to mine Quote
Artizan Posted December 2, 2015 Author Posted December 2, 2015 Thanks everyone! As some have pointed out, it is roughly based on Coruscant Police Gunship, but I took a great deal of liberty to create something new out of it. great job greebling the border, I wish you had mentioned you were doing that so I could've done the same to mine That was actually a last minute decision, as I didn't have time to do a full hangar scene, I thought it would be good to have some other details in the moc. Kodan Black Posted December 2, 2015 Posted December 2, 2015 Ok, apparently I forgot to comment on this... The ship and base look very Empire and the border greebles are a nice added touch. The side door looks really good and I especially like those 45 degree and pieces that form the edge since it makes it more visually interesting. Quote
Aethersprite Posted December 7, 2015 Posted December 7, 2015 I love gunships, and this is awesome! Looks like an improved version of the Coruscant Police Gunship. Very nice. Quote
Orange Leader Posted December 8, 2015 Posted December 8, 2015 Very awesome imperial vessel! Cool vignette greebling too! Quote
