OmShanti Posted December 3, 2015 Posted December 3, 2015 Elves, Friends, Disney Princess, Architecture, and curious to see what the creator Lakeside Cabin looks like. My son is hyped for Ninjago, Marvel, and City mostly. Quote
tom20arc Posted December 3, 2015 Posted December 3, 2015 Mostly excited about the UCS Hoth Echo base coming out in 2016, other than that (except for star wars) I'm not really interested in other themes/sets coming out in 2016. Maybe I'll pick up some of the superheroes sets.. maybe... Quote
Athos Posted December 4, 2015 Posted December 4, 2015 The Bank and the Collectable Figures and the Creator House and Dog. Steve Quote
K_Tiger Posted December 4, 2015 Posted December 4, 2015 (edited) CMFs, though Nexo Knights, Ninago and Mixels will all likely get some money thrown at them. Aim to pick up that Creator twin-engine prop plane as well. Edited December 4, 2015 by K_Tiger Quote
6ix Posted December 4, 2015 Posted December 4, 2015 Ghostbusters HQ and the H2 Technic flag ship sets. I'm also hoping for a new Creator Expert car. And whatever surprises Lego still has in store for us. Quote
tcbuckeye33 Posted December 5, 2015 Posted December 5, 2015 The Brick Bank, and Ghostbusters HQ. Quote
Sid Sidious Posted December 5, 2015 Posted December 5, 2015 The Nexo Knight set "Beastmaster's Chaos Chariot" is my favorite set so far. I'm also liking the look of the Bionicle sets that have been revealed, and the rest sound promising. Other than that, it seems like a fairly cheap year (fortunately). Quote
nixtron1 Posted December 5, 2015 Posted December 5, 2015 Nexo knight figs. I hope they approve that f7-a at Ideas. Quote
tafkatb Posted December 5, 2015 Posted December 5, 2015 Ideas maze, all of the Captain America: Civil War sets, '66 Batcave, Ghostbusters reboot, Corner Deli, and Heartlake Supermarket (or at least all the food pieces from it ) are on my 2016 shopping list so far. Quote
Andy D Posted December 5, 2015 Posted December 5, 2015 This year I am looking forward to the Modular of the year (every year) and some of the new mid-priced Technic sets. I'm trying to cut back. Andy D Quote
x105Black Posted December 5, 2015 Posted December 5, 2015 My preschooler is going nuts for Nexo Knights. That makes sense. For me, I'm mostly looking forward to all 3 Minifigure series, Star Wars (especially the Force Awakens) sets, more Dimensions packs, and the Thanos bigfig from the Avenjet set. Quote
Kaanere Posted December 5, 2015 Posted December 5, 2015 Technic, Speed Champions and Nexo Knights! I aslo hope for a new big creator car, maybe a Mustang? Quote
Captain Pirate Man Posted December 6, 2015 Posted December 6, 2015 Ghostbusters firehouse for the win!!! Quote
santaends Posted December 6, 2015 Posted December 6, 2015 BIONICLE Bionicles Bionicle Oh. Creator too. Brick bank and corner deli! Also, that mop and new pig from CMF 15.. gotta make a trip to LEGOLAND for that. Quote
Vorkosigan Posted December 6, 2015 Posted December 6, 2015 Nexo Knights, Elves, the Brick Bank, Friends camping sets. Quote
Sir Brickalot Posted December 6, 2015 Posted December 6, 2015 Brick Bank, Firehouse Headquarters, New York City and Burj Khalifa. Quote
paul_delahaye Posted December 6, 2015 Posted December 6, 2015 Apart from that Bank, Mixels and the Technic sets which I always buy, next year is not doing wonders for me, I'm now holding out for the 2nd half year sets. I'm even starting to wonder how long I can justify buying the collectable minifigures, they are great, but the novelty factor is wearing thin. The City sets really disappoint me next year, there is one or two small ones. but that's it. Quote
MrHerofan Posted December 7, 2015 Posted December 7, 2015 I can't really say to be honest. So much Lego is coming out next year that, I'm not sure what to buy. Bionicle will be my go to theme, but even that isn't as exciting as 2015. Star Wars is always a little higher priced than I would prefer, Nexo Knights looks kind of cool, but still there is so many. City is okay, but a lot of the sets are rehashes. The modulars are pretty cool looking, I've never bought one, but would imagine they are pretty cool. So I guess my answer is Bionicle, and Star Wars. Tom Bombadil Posted December 7, 2015 Posted December 7, 2015 Ghostbusters HQ and CMFs. Cant wait to get hold of CMF15. Am sure the Disney CMF will be well received by my kids and nieces. I like the Jurassic and Scooby licensed sets, wonder what new licensed theme we will see in 2016. Quote
kinggregus Posted December 7, 2015 Posted December 7, 2015 Angry Birds!!! .... because I am curious to see how Lego will design them. Quote
LEGODalekbuster523 Posted December 7, 2015 Posted December 7, 2015 If it happens, I'm most looking forward to the rumoured Ghostbusters reboot sets. I'd love a reboot Ecto-1 set to go with my LEGO Ecto-1 from the original films. Quote
Lego_v194 Posted December 7, 2015 Posted December 7, 2015 (edited) Batman v Superman minfigures and sets Doc Brown Fun Pack dimensions (mini figure and the train. I am motivated to purchase the doc brown minifigure more than the seemingly "meh train") The 66 batcave set (as mentioned in this thread) sounds tempting Edited December 7, 2015 by Lego_v194 Quote
jonwil Posted December 8, 2015 Posted December 8, 2015 Ghostbusters HQ is the one I am waiting for (whether I can afford it is another question :) Quote
Agent 86 Posted December 8, 2015 Posted December 8, 2015 Brick Bank and the Creator Corner Deli. Maybe the Ghostbusters Firehouse Headquarters, once I see some reviews. In terms of rumours, the Disney CMFs, the Disney "set" and the Classic Batcave all have potential to be awesome. Quote
BrickTamland Posted December 8, 2015 Posted December 8, 2015 I'm hyped for all of the MCU sets, Crossbone and Winter Soldier especially. Borderline for the SW battlepacks, the rebels look great two aliens and a sweet new helmet, but the new order pack is not ideal. But for some reason my hype level is off the charts for the cheapest BvS set, armored bat is cool but that new supes hair is just about my most anticipated piece ever. Quote
