Minifigures Series 16 Guessing Game

Here is my list:

1) Cook/Chef (I'm surprised how they didn't make a cook/chef minifigure yet)

2) Groom (S7 Bride is waiting for him for longer than 3 years )

3) Space Scientist

4) Harpy

5) Video Game Girl (with "Player 2" written on her shirt)

6) Bandit (or Highwayman, to prevent any confusion with S6 Bandit) (possibly with a Wolfpack crest on his armor or shield as a Wolfpack reference, similar to S1 Forestman)

7) Prince (we have Classic King, Fairytale Pricess and Queen, so I guess a prince is next in the line)

8) Drummer (oen that can go along with Rockstar, Punk Rocker and Rocker Girl - possibly a drummer girl)

9) Shepherd (with a sheep, similar to S15 Farmer with his pig)

10) Pirate First Mate

11) University Professor

12) Saloon Pianist

13) Alchemist

14) (Polar)Bear Suit Guy

15) Goalkeeper

16) Prankster (child minifigure with a slingshot, possibly with a dual face print - one side is a smiling face and the other side is laughing)

Here are my guesses;

1. The Invisible Man, he's probably the only 'classic monster' character not done yet

2. Medieval minstrel with Lyre

3. Dentist with new drill piece and the mirror on a stick thing they use to look at the back of teeth

4. Canadian Mountee, it's been a while since we had a 'national dress' type figure

5. Cricketer

6. Bomb disposal officer, perhaps with a robot?

7. Jilted Bride, similar to the one we have but with tattered dress, wilted flowers and smudged make up (if the Groom doesn't show up soon this could be a reality)

8. The tooth fairy

9. News reporter

10. Person in dog costume

11. Celtic warrior (like Braveheart)

12. Hairdresser

13. Old British officer, like Michael Caine in Zulu (I think is old enough to be acceptable)

14. Living Statue

15. Mayor

16. Flight attendant

Might be a DJ girl though. They like to do this sort of thing, like Disco Diva and Disco Dude, Cyclops Lady and Cyclops, Samurai and Samurai Warrior etc., so why not?

Highland Battler from Series 6 was a direct reference to Braveheart. Although, I'd love to get another Celtic warrior.

My bad! Maybe though we could get a more traditional look with the over shoulder kilt, or a Welsh or Irish Celt?

It could easily be Highland Chieftain using the mullet and the duel molded legs and arms. I was about to get a bunch of these guys on Bricklink under the MSRP. I even bought a couple Jungle Boys to use the bare chested torsos with that kilt.

A long time since I played this CMF guessing game... so why not send in a list too.. And since it is still pure speculation, why not mix a bit of wish list in it as well?

1) busker ( with acoustic guitar or violin and hat to collect coins)

3) professor ( "Einstein" style )

4) woman in classic Greek / Roman attire (muse, goddess,...)

5) terracotta warrior (historical or zombified/monster version)

6) electrician (with screwdriver and lightbulb ; dual face: normal / electrocuted)

7) flamenco dancer or "Zorro" style figure (black ; red hipscarf, black flat hat..)

8) green alien with dome helmet ( think: Mars attacks)

9) alchemist / medieval scientist..

10) firefighter (m/f)

11) schoolgirl (uniform / pigtails)

12) movie director

13) woman in victorian or 1700's dress (with hat or umbrella)

14) gondolier (striped shirt, strawhat)

15) flying adventurer / rocketman ( style "the rocketeer" or nod to Ninjago skypirates)

as said, a couple are rather wishlist.. some are almost sure to happen (if not in series 16, then in another future one.. others will never see light of day..)

As for what I want:

* Inventor (Ben Franklin)- reuse Shakespeare's hair, come with a key and a kite.

* Banana Suit Guy: It's bound to happen

* Monster Bride: Echoing previous guesses, I've wanted this one since Series 4.

* Teacher: Female, modern design, w/apple and ruler

* Chef

* Maid: French-style with frilled apron and cap

* Fairytale Prince: Sand Green, with crown and sword, made to match S12 Princess. (Green because the Prince and Princess's colors would be a product of the King and Queen's mixed together)

* Devil: This is another hint that's been dropped. I expect a reuse of the Gargoyle's wings, a new tail, and a new hair piece

* Angel: If we get one, the classic cherub has to go with it. New feathered wings like Gargoyle's, lyre.

* Steampunk Villain: Cyborg character, and evil because I like bad guys.

* Evil Genie/Djinn: Not giving up on this one.

* Sleepy Girl: Stuffed sheep, short legs, pink striped pajamas

* Sorceress: Villainous, with purple robes and staff.

* Evil Clown: Why not? It would be nice to see what LEGO would do with the concept.

* Gentleman: Victorian-style with more realistic top hat mold, cane.

I'm out of ideas.
