The 9493 X-wing is a really good set too

It's even better than the UCS one, in my opinion.

2003 was the best Lego year so far, the timeless-set's are:

Lego 4502 (Dagobah): best Lego-Minifigure (Luke Dagobah+Yoda backpacking), i like retro style of the X-Wing

Lego 10123 (Cloud City): best Minifigure-Set (Boba Fett, Lando) - like also Luke's old yellow face (kind of art)

2013: 10236 (Ewok Village): most beautiful set so far

Yes,now it's a bit dated but if you add 75102 windshield is even better :D

I always have been fond of the original Star Wars, the pre clone wars Lego Star Wars is what if consider the "classic" original sets. Of these some of my favorite are 7163, and 4482. Love the original clones. I have 14 of them. All Star Wars is to love though
