MagPiesRUs Posted December 13, 2015 Posted December 13, 2015 This doesn't sit well with me. Leaving your vote on a player unlikely to be lynched when your vote is needed to actually have a lynch? You say you wouldn't mind a no-lynch, but the only people a no-lynch benefits is the scum. Less information for the town. Dammit. I'm not entirely convinced Molly is scum but we need a lynch. The wagon seems to be drifting off of Perce, and the PM Dragonfire posted is rather incriminating. Unvote: Perce Triggs (Tachyon) Vote: Molly Tolbert (Lady K) Actually, Perce was the leading candidate up until you just switched your vote onto someone you're not convinced is scum.
Lady K Posted December 13, 2015 Posted December 13, 2015 I'm not going to vote for Perce now that you're so set on lynching him. There. Call me a no-lynch supporter if you like, I don't care and neither does my invisible friend Humphrey I won't call you anything, it's your choice. Molly certainly seems all over the place now that she's inching closer to the chopping block. I'm happy to Unvote: Delwyn Couch (Ranger of the Forest) and Vote: Molly Tolbert (Lady K). I urge everyone who's here to do the same, this is not going to go well if we can't even get a day one lynch. My main issue with Perce is just that his acting weird you could easily attribute to him being a noob. It's just such a basic thing to be lynched over in this day and age. My second issue is that votes on him seem to have accumulated quickly. Scum hoping for an early wagon? Town hoping for an early wagon? Well he does have 2 posts compared to my 26 posts so.......yes it all could be noobish or it could be a bad townie, or it could be scummy. I'm still ok with my vote on Perce. Since we've left this to the last minute, it helps that he has pretty much already roleclaimed, so we know we won't be losing anyone important if he is a townie. Personally, I wouldn't mind a no-lynch today, but if others feel strongly about it I wouldn't be opposed to voting for Delwyn or Mike, who are the other two scummiest players to me. I'm leaning towards a town-read on Molly, myself. I feel we do need a lynch and thank you for the town-read on me. This doesn't sit well with me. Unvote: Perce Triggs (Tachyon) Vote: Molly Tolbert (Lady K) I am not scum, I am town and this is getting out of hand as I really hate to do this but congratulations townies you are about to lynch your town blocker! Yes I have a PR, and it won't do much good now. I'll either be lynched or taken out tonight. Just remember who started this and followed with the lynch on me after I am gone.
CMP Posted December 13, 2015 Posted December 13, 2015 Well he does have 2 posts compared to my 26 posts so.......yes it all could be noobish or it could be a bad townie, or it could be scummy. Boy, you're really selling him as a suspect here.
Lady K Posted December 13, 2015 Posted December 13, 2015 Boy, you're really selling him as a suspect here. No, and he wasn't my first choice. But he has only posted twice and didn't answer my question and I have been active so I tried to lead the town however badly and briefly it turned out. Now it's up to all of you to pick, I just felt strongly that we need a lynch today. If you choose me then so be it, but you need to know that I am the Town Blocker so that scum can't claim it.
MagPiesRUs Posted December 13, 2015 Posted December 13, 2015 Boy, you're really selling him as a suspect here. Just to clarify, do you think we're better off lynching someone who's claimed blocker than either not voting or voting for someone who has claimed to have no action?
mediumsnowman Posted December 13, 2015 Posted December 13, 2015 Unvote: Molly Tolbert (Lady K) If there's a doc out there you found your protection target. Back to my original vote, I guess. Vote: Perce Triggs (Tachyon)
Dragonfire Posted December 13, 2015 Posted December 13, 2015 Unvote: Molly Tolbert (Lady K) Vote: Perce Triggs (Tachyon) I'd rather lynch an "unimportant" role than a blocker, if it comes down to that.
CMP Posted December 13, 2015 Posted December 13, 2015 Just to clarify, do you think we're better off lynching someone who's claimed blocker than either not voting or voting for someone who has claimed to have no action? Hell, I missed that bit. Unvote: Molly Tolbert (Lady K). This is ridiculous. Vote: Perce Triggs (Tachyon), I guess. I don't feel confident, at all, in this vote. Not that it matters. I'll be the one to say it, I don't think we're getting a lynch within the next half an hour. We need to be a lot more on the ball tomorrow. I don't want to just drop Molly as a suspect, but we sure as hell can't lynch a claimed PR.
mediumsnowman Posted December 13, 2015 Posted December 13, 2015 I won't be online again until after the day has ended. I doubt Ewan and Gale will show, they'll be stuck with a vote penalty tomorrow, then we can lynch them I guess. Fingers crossed enough people will show up and/or change their votes so we can lynch Perce. See y'all in the morning. (Provided I'm still living ) -This is Mike Johnson, signing off-
def Posted December 13, 2015 Posted December 13, 2015 If she's claiming day one, unless there's a counter claim, she's 100% telling the truth. So annoying. I'd read back to where she said she was suss on Ray, which totally went against the tone of her PM to him. I was about to quote them and make it the nail in the coffin. Now I'm suss on Pies for a soft defense of her before she claimed! Scum are the only ones who know who's town. Unvote: Molly Tolbert (Lady K) Vote: Perce Triggs (Tachyon)
Bob Posted December 13, 2015 Posted December 13, 2015 Unvote: Ray Christiansen (Dragonfire) I'm still going to watch you though, I'm afraid! Vote: Perce Triggs (Tachyon) To me he does seem like a confused townie, but we do need a lynch.

I've worked alongside Molly plenty of times, both as town and scum, and I'd like to think I can get a decent read on her.

JackJonespaw Posted December 14, 2015 Author Posted December 14, 2015 ¬ Continued From the Journal of Jack Jones, Entry Date Lost, Named Day 1 Dougal and I had spent nearly three days packing everything from necessities, like mead, to things like oil for Woodcock and Foorth, and some gigantic machine that Quincy and Mike had seemed insistent on bringing. Before we left, Dougal asked everyone if there was anyone they suspected of being a sleeper agent. And they pushed forward Perce. I was shocked. I’d never, ever, thought that one of my kids, from my choir, who I’d known for years, would be suspected for killing someone, for...for wanting us all dead! Dougal slowly drew his gun. It was just a simple pistol, but I felt the ripple through the crowd. Dougal had told me that he’d never drawn it before. That showed just how serious this was. He handed the gun to me, and looked into my eyes. I understood - my kid, my responsibility. I lifted the gun to Perce’s head. But I couldn’t pull the trigger. I pulled Dougal aside, instead, and whispered into his ear - I’d known this kid for years. I couldn’t kill Perce. Dougal...he nodded. He understood. He took the gun from me and weighed it in his hand. I whispered to him: “We have to stop these shadows from killing any more innocent people.” Now it was Dougal who held the gun to Perce’s head. I found Julia’s face in the crowd, and looked dead into her eyes, focused solely on the pupils of my wife...and Dougal pulled the trigger. I heard the bang, saw the flash, heard the crowd gasping, some crying out, cursing. Dougal walked up to me, and I found myself looking at the body. Floating above it was a strange thing...flashing green, red, and black… Dougal whispered that it was Perce’s soul, and that in twenty four hours or so, the color of his soul would become clear, and we would know if he was a shadow. Dougal took the soul, turned towards the luggage, and gruffly said it was time to go. Silently, we all followed him out. ¬ End Journal Entry
