To continue the tab on B&P shipping dates, my Jan 31 order shipped today.

My Jan 30 order shipped today.

My Jan 31st order shipped today as well. No tracking so far and I haven't even received an email saying anything, but the money has been removed from my account so...

My orders from Feb 1st and 3rd have shipped.

Maybe it is and they have added it. People reported before that if something was out of stock, it no longer showed up on the system.

Yeah I remember reading this too. Since it is the first time i checked, i cant say if it was there before or not. But it sounds promising :)

It does. But for fun I went on to the British site. I think the new system is already live there because it's called Pick and Build and they have Bestsellers and non Bestsellers, but someone correct me if I'm wrong.

I searched a couple of the Spidey & Friends sets. Not even the mid-legs I just recently bought showed up. I searched 80033 Evil Macaque's Mech. None of the cool Minifigure parts I recently bought showed up, with "show out of stock" ticked or not. In fact, clicking "show out of stock" hasn't made any difference on the sets I've searched so far.

What gives?

EDIT: ok I searched the Friends set 41699 and there are a couple of out of stock parts that show up, so that's cool, but the hat hair combo in that set that was available on B&P does not show up.

It would be a real shame if they're limiting the parts available. Hopefully there's a reason it's not there now and comes back, but I can't think of anything sensible as to why.

Yeah the British site was one of the first to get the "upgrade". That button wasn't there when I was last on the site so this good news but sounds like it needs refinement.

I dont know exact parts but since the update with the out of stock toggle the minifigure parts category has gone up about 30 parts (in stock) and 60 parts (including out of stock)

Some of the out of stock parts are torsos without pictures and not listed on Brickset/Bricklink (Maybe future set torsos)

Good that they finally added the option to see the parts that are out of stock.

However, all new parts from 2022 have disappeared since weeks, which is really weird...

I got an email from BrickHawk's PartHawk stating that the 6340167 Elephant No. 7, Body is available. The only issue is that the service is unavailable in NA... 

 

And I just got an email notification saying it's out of stock now. RIP

Any idea how long this B&P upgrade will take for those of us in NA? On the bright side got 2 orders delivered today. A couple squirrels of each color (had to place two orders several days apart to get all 3 colors) plus a handful of acorn round tiles.

Just waiting for my order of CMF castle crown coins to come so I can fill up a treasure chest or two in my recently arrived Castle in the Forest. My 11 year old built it and these coins will add to its playability.

It actually does exist since one or two days.

Looks like there are lots of parts now showing on the US website, over 12000.  I didn’t actually try to place an order.

The updated/merged B&P/Pick-a-Brick has been available in the US for a couple hours now. I dunno if there are significant new/exciting parts that weren't on the old one. But, plenty of exciting parts that WERE on the old one, aren't on the new. I think the fears that the merged one would curtail our access to neat parts were warranted, but it remains to be seen how much. Also remains to be seen if phone orders are still the same "roll the dice with the CS rep" grey zone that they were, where you MIGHT get sold incredible jewels, or you might be told they can't sell you anything interesting at all, or the coolest parts in your phone-order might get canceled. Who knows; maybe they'll clarify things with CS reps and we won't be able to order any more over the phone than on the website.

It's up here in Belgium as well, and I can confirm that NONE of this month's new parts/recolors are available (yes they all were on B&P, I wish I hadn't waited to place an order)

The funny thing is I haven't closed the window of the old site in weeks. Still is functioning, or was yesterday. 

I like how I can look at all the cheap hairpieces, but they aren't listed low to high when I click on it, there are randomly priced ones too.

I am hoping that since my orders for new parts seem to be going through, that they just haven't finished loading/importing/integrating all the new parts into the new system.  Hazmat suits, new cats, new torsos all don't appear at all whether looking at set inventory, searching by number they don't come up in or out of stock.

I will be excited to see this happen.  It would change my order strategy. I generally order for future projects vs. current projects.  Often when I get an order half the parts go into directly into storage bin for a specific project that has been de-prioritized to the backlog.
 

Ice Cream disguise from the city sets aren't showing up. Old knights helmet 3844 are appearing in white, black but not silver met. Now the grey one is appearing and wasnt before. Needed at least 20 of the silver met. Hopefully they'll be added

In the past if I entered a set # a thumbnail of the set appeared (and maybe the set name). Now it doesnt. So if one enters the set # incorrectly they won't immediately know as they scroll thru parts

If I search the knights helmet I mentioned and sort by relevance they are buried beneath other parts that aren't relevant. The search function is severely flawed.

I'm stuck on Canadian site. I keep changing my location to North America > USA English but am always back on Canadian site (CAD)

I entered the item # for new Friends hairpiece with the yellow band and it isnt found. Encanto hairpieces do appear tho 

Bunny ears/hat/mask from Monkie Kid set isnt found when I search by item #

I'm hoping they'll fix things plus continue to add items that used to be available. 

While many new parts may not be there, I notice that the seagull is back and available in the new system. I thought it retired last year, and didn't you have to call for it?

The show out of stock toggle adds another 400 parts to the list, 12259 to 12622.

And it's nice to be able to browse through all the animals and minifig elements, which was annoying in the old system. Shame you can't see more than 20 on a single page, or filter out the Duplo.

For pricing differences on animals, the sheep (6342625) has gone from 1.88 to 1.89. But the dark tan monkey (6343797) has gone from 1.67 to 1.84. The 3 leaf studs are now all $0.06 each, but previously ranged from $0.04 to $0.1. Some of the new colours are not available (white, yellow flame orange), but the new coral piece is listed, just as out of stock. Squirrels, kittens, sea turtle, and dark orange horse are nowhere to be found. 

And in true licensed parts news, Olaf's body (6278114) is available for $2.74. 

Just checked out the new system. (U.S. based here...)

Not a fan thus far.  Until I figure out shortcuts, it looks as if I'll be searching pieces by set...

I wonder if this will affect the total numbers and amounts of orders, i.e. folks ordering less over time.
