Hey I didnt know where to ask you this question bacause i didnt want to make a seperate account on flickr. So i figured out that here would be the best option. I recently find your post about Star Wars minifigures and wanted to know what the ID for the big trans light blue piece is (the shield as you use it).

You can try calling in Customer Service and ask in for Folk Fiary parts. Jsut give it a try. I just ordered axe and anchor guitars from Vidiyo via phone call.

It used not to but yes it does now. Also B&P only half-counts as for free shipping. Even if you're above the threshold it weirdly requires a little shop item (& thus another package sent) in order to count, at least here in Europe.

Anyone has noticed how you can not paste into the Bricks&Pieces part # anymore, in FireFox? I can still paste in the set ID in FireFox, and paste in the part # in Chrome. Weird.

In Safari pasting part# using the keyboard does not work, but right click & paste from context menu works. It's been that way for a long time for me. Quite annoying.

Another quirk I've encountered is if I want to quickly search for parts to check if they are available, after 9 searches or so I get an error message and the cart is reset. It kinda seems like they have some countermeasure to limit searching by scrapers/scripts.

The way it used to work for double VIP was rather strange, and shows how they implemented double points on orders.

For normal items, you got 1x VIP points during normal times, and 2x VIP points during double VIP promotions.

For B+P, you got nothing during normal times, but 1x VIP during double VIP promotions.

So the double VIP promotions added on VIP points based on the cost of the order, no matter what was in the order, rather than actually doubling the VIP points. Of course, the result is the same for normal orders, but better for people buying B+P as you got +1x rather than 2x0.

As I said, that was how it used to work. B&P orders have received VIP points for some time now.
