I thought B&P didn't count towards GWP tresholds? At least not until they've merged B&P and PAB.

It doesn't. The set I want will cover the GWP. It's just the shipping costs I don't want to pay, for what will probably only be a $15-$20 B&P order. But it will be free if I order something else.

Anyways, is it just me or i can’t find bright yellow-green handle for that watering can? I can’t find it somewhere eon B&P.

The bucket handle (used for the watering can too) has never been made in lime green, or any shade of green. Only black, light and dark grey, dark tan, brown, red and pearl gold.

I don't know if this is the right place to write my questions:

1) I've just received a message from LEGO saying they had problems with my last payment. They suggest me to see my order status online and contact the customer care service. But my order status says "Shipped" and all of the pieces I purchaed have "Shipped" as a status. Have you ever front this situation?

2) I'm preparing a new order with some pieces I'm interesting in. Now, some of them are "Out of Stock", what would happened if I purchase them? Will LEGO remove them from my order?

I had this happen to me once when I ordered some sets and some parts from B&P, at the same time, and paid with Paypal. Basically, Paypal would only allow funds to be taken from my account once for the order, so after Lego shipped out the sets to me, and billed me for them, Lego weren't able to get money from my account to pay for the parts from B&P. If I remember right, the B&P order had actually shipped before Lego realised this and contacted me for payment. I had to call customer service and pay by card over the phone.

B&P parts that are out of stock cannot be added to your shopping bag. Lego will automatically remove the parts that are out of stock and adjust your bill accordingly.

I've had the same. It was a quick call to provide them with updated payment details.

Oh well, all animals out of stock this morning when I ordered. Still, got a load of stuff ordered before the change. I noticed that the Pick A Brick section is very reduced, and that there are shark bodies on there, but no heads, which seems both unusual and unhelpful!

You can wait for this elephant body to be back in stock after a long time. Or at least you may purchase it off BrickLink.

The last time I called they wouldn’t let me order it, but they assured me that “it isn’t going away any time soon”. That could mean nothing but I’ll keep holding out. There aren’t any cheap ones on Bricklink in the US so it’s probably the best option.

How do you guys and gals deal with large quanity of orders? Whenever I make an order at one point any computer is crashing since the order became too big. When I go to the "cart" and back, pieces are saved but at one point it's also too much for the calculator and it breaking down whenever I go back from "Cart" to bricks and pieces to add more stuff. But if I risk to never go to the cart, it's likely I loose all the content which I put into the order.

And my biggest orders are only like 500 parts, never over 100€. I am sure some folks here order for much more


I'd be happy for any hints - as most desirable pieces and animals were not available I'll make another order soon anyway to get some of them cute animals and horse saddles (seriously Lego why did you not release any horse saddle for so many years??!).

first point: first login then start ordering. 2nd, you can create two or three orders. Afterwards you can call the service and let them combine the orders.

I read here often about calling the service. Is this really so easy? Like if I make an order at 11pm (in Germany), will I reach someone and they do this? And do you place the order and call after or you do while they are in your cart?

You should check when the customer service line for your region is open, I think

you can call them of course only during office hours which depend on country. You can call the service days later because the order will be put into a queue and as long as it is not being processed it can be combined. And processing is taking days or weeks anyway.
