In the historical sub-forum I was lamenting the seeming disappearance of the Purple Garmadon helmet, do we this it might return? Do we know why it's gone?

Are you referring to the helmet used by Vidiyo Bandmates Series 1 Japanese hip-hop artist? The last of the Vidiyo sets are being sold now meaning no exclusive Vidiyo pieces are in production anymore.

I was thinking the same thing and couldn't find a picture on Bricklink or Brickset.

There is also a glow in the dark shield for .96USD. - 6341822 Also the Friends llama came back - 6308543

The order I placed the other day is showing they are waiting on restock of two of the parts I ordered that were showing at the time as available.  Of course one is the reddish brown horse and the other is one of the two different base pieces they showed as available for the dementors.  GRRR!  Hopefully it won't take long for the restock. The parts I chose from the bestsellers part have already shipped.  They are also showing my early March order has finally shipped but it's not showing in USPS tracking yet and I haven't received a receipt yet either.

Had two orders from 1st and 9th March dispatched in the last week. Can anyone tell me who delivers B+P / now standard Pick A Brick orders? I've had a replacement parts order recently that was delivered by Royal Mail, but I believe DHL used to deliver paid for B+P orders. :)

Had mine delivered by Royal Mail but I think it depends on the size/value of the order.

I had a look but since I'm in the US I can't order any.  Looks like mostly basic parts so far but I did see a few accessories I haven't gotten yet like the cat & dog.  Hopefully it will become available to us soon.

I'm hoping since it's only the Beta, that when/if it gets the full release, there will be a wider range of parts.

And hopefully not cost us more, which it will probably be $10 instead of the $8 in the UK.

If they keep the printed animals as accessories, then it's great, given that they often cost over $2 from B&P by themselves. Having printed and dual moulded legs as options is nice too. Hoping it comes to the US soon.

It's a fantastic price in Australia if the price stays the same post-beta and more desirable parts are added. Our Certified Stores here sell the BAM for a ridiculous $19.99, and LEGO is selling them for just $9.99! Of course there are the shipping charges to contend with, but on face value still much better.

Just received an order I made in febuary, but there was something very wrong with it. Instead of the 20 black falcon torsos I order I instead got 20 of  FLAT TILE 2X3/ANGLE in light royal blue (I think, there are so many blues that i don't know all the blue names). How do I rectify this?

Also the bit of paper seemed to imply that I'd order these as missing part, when no I bought them, and they did charge me.

Did you order anything besides the Falcon torsos? Is it possible you're still getting them in a different shipping package?

That's the only thing I can think of if it shows no charge instead of payment. I'd double check all the order numbers against what's on the paper in the package.

Yep, and everything else is present and correct, though I did make a few separate order, one of them has another 11 black falcon torsos but I don't think they been relegated to another order because there were 20 of them and 20 of the light blue shield tiles.

Yep, and Lego CS is always a mixed bag. Always nice. But some go above and beyond and others just follow a script. If things don't seem to be going well just try called again later.

You can send them an email too being slightly passive aggressive and then they will be happy just for you to shut up.

I've heard they want to catch up with orders.
