Was anyone able to actually order the parts from the new City Police set?  I'm curious if some of these parts are currently showing as OOS are actually place holders because they expect to have them available to purchase soon.  The parts for the police set shouldn't actually be available for a few months yet since it's a January release. 

Sorry I missed out on the Castle parts but at least I know to keep checking more frequently now.

When I choose to show Out Of Stock and organize by new parts they show up now.  $.30 each

Oh weird, when I switch over to the US store I see them, but they (and some other things) aren't showing up at all in the Australian site.

That's why I'm questioning whether a lot of these parts were even available at all this morning or just loaded into the system in expectation that they will be available soon.  Considering they said 3-4 months for new parts I'm surprised the new Police parts are showing as they are from the January releases.

They must be loaded, those capes were going for 8.26 imagine, trying to buy 200 of them at a time.  Well just think also that the soccer set is completely sough after since all teams and faces are sold out!, were they up this morning and i didn’t notice how late were we?

I think it's both. It seems unlikely the capes were ever in stock. However, I know that one person saw the football heads early on. It may be that they sold out, or they could have been removed by TLG. The police training parts likely never were in stock as that is a January set. Really only LEGO knows

This seems most likely. The bardings are cheaper than the flags/capes and they are still in stock. No one bought out the flags/cape. My guess is Lego never listed them this morning, just entered them into the system for the future.

The heads could have gone, but I'm guessing Lego realized they were up too early and pulled them.

I think B&P has known its best days pre-merging, when all new parts popped up at the beginning of the month. Now it's lagging over 3 months behind (UCS Razor Crest is over 3 months old now, parts not there), & it's absurdly overpriced.
I'll keep giving my money to competitors.  I'd also boycott sets but I'm afraid I'd be the only one annoyed.

You guys are on fire today, got all my orders that i needed for the time being! Thanks again!  Every time i see an email from this topic i jump to the lego website and it did not fail me that the shields i was missing this morning were available. 

Even the queens shield, lego warehouse back in full force!  

Who ever said that the oos items were placeholder might be spot on because seeing those number go up and down, i swear you memorize the pages of 400 bricks when it’s all i did for two months straight hahahaha

The castle visors are back. There is a Mario vine piece that's only in two sets. There have already been two Foosball faces, both light brown, one male and one female. The male is gone now.

Thank you.  Maybe they are purposely adding stuff slowly so every can have a shot at getting at least some of the parts.

I love that Lego's customer service phone line's automated message specifically calls out those calling in Bricks and Pieces orders and asks us to wait till they are in stock

Still only 1 shield her, hope more than one Castle part comes in stock at the time so it is easier to place an order

It would be a good idea for anyone saying such and such is available to have a proper location (country) in their profile, or state this when posting. Different regions have access to different parts.
