They just shipped my order from mid October. Shame, I could have complained and got more points!

My order from 28 of October shipped 21 of November

and my order from 23 of November shipped today, the race is on who will arrive first 
So apparently they have got full speed on the PAB bestseller train now

At the risk of this becoming the LEGO Pick a Brick shipping date thread, my October 14 standard order hasn't shipped yet. 

A genuine curiosity though. In looking at ways to make a statue for the Bricklink Lost City set, using the D&D Lady of Pain mask, I was looking for sand green coloured minifigure parts and was surprised to see the State of Liberty CMF head on Pick a Brick. 6139545/25433. But compared to all the other printed heads that are $0.28-$0.33, this one is $2.57! Any idea why?

Isn't the Statue of Liberty part of the Creator New York Postcard set 40519?  Probably why it is on PAB.

New Elementary has posted lists of PAB parts that have gotten a price reduction as of today.  A lot of the soon to be retiring parts are on the lists.

I ordered from B&P on October 8 and still haven't shipped. Contacted Lego and they told me to wait a week to see if it ships. Its already been two months and doubt they will ship them in a week as customer service says since he/she didn't know for sure either. I wanted a refund but they says they can't edit orders if they are in warehouse which can be frustrating since I paid with paypal meaning money was taken from my account by paypal when I ordered.

Lego should've given me some sort of warning or email if they had problems with shipping due to renovating their warehouses or whatever. I didn't get any insider points as compensation for my problems like one of the posters here got.

I have two orders from the 1st and 9th of October that still haven't been posted. When I contacted support, they said to wait too. No points or anything either for me.

You can still make a complaint via paypal if you want to if they are refusing to refund and also not shipping an order. You can put in a not received complaint. 

Whether LEGO would block you from buying in future,  I don't know.

Oddly, I just got an email to say the bestseller parts from my latest Bricks and Pieces order from last Friday is being shipped but no other updates on the ones from the start of October.

Why is that odd? Bestseller ships very quickly. That's the point of Bestseller.

The odd bit is that the bestsellers from my order on the 9th of October haven't shipped yet.

Oh, that is weird. Sorry, that's not how I read your comment before. The bestseller half of my 9th October order shipped within a week, but the standard is still stuck in limbo.

Here’s something a bit odd. I just got an email this morning stating my order from July 17 just shipped??? I’ve already received this order months ago. Hope they don’t charge me twice for a duplicate order, I would not be happy about that.
However, still no movement on my order from Oct 8. I’ve called twice and they have no idea when or if it will ship. The standard response I got both times was “most likely will ship soon, probably in the next couple days”. That’s what they told me in November and now again in December. Maybe I’ll see them in January or possibly February? At the time of my order Lego said it would take up to 28 days. Someone (or everyone) at Lego needs to brush up on their math!

I got a similar email this morning for an order from June 15. I wonder if it's part of a system update and it's flushing through old orders as they do it. Hopefully that means things are progressing and they'll be able to get on the backlog soon.

It might be that some of the parts are out of stock. In 'the good old days' before they were charging handling fees they used to ship what was in stock, then ship the remainder when it comes back in stock. Whereas now they seem to hold until the whole (bestseller part of the) order can be shipped at once.

I got the same thing.  Checked my credit card to see if there was a matching pending charge but I'm not seeing anything.   If they start shipping duplicates of old orders they are going to have a huge problem because I doubt many of us are willing to pay again for orders we already received months ago.  So they would end up having to write off the duplicate shipments or issue free return shipping to get the parts back.  I'm still waiting on orders from Oct 9. and after.  Today is the 40 business days date that I should have received this order by although when I placed it they were still quoting 28 business days.

I waited two weeks to get my order and was handed an empty bag by USPS that had "DAMAGED IN HANDLING" stamped on it. Luckily, I called customer service, and they are shipping a new one.  

 

I also asked about any expected delays with standard parts and the representative mentioned they are out of some pieces and have to make new ones which could add a month to the normal waiting period.

I think they are just making things up at this point in response to questions about the Standard Parts delays.  I'm well beyond the 40 business days for my Oct. 9 order now and as I've said before it was still advertised as 28 days on the day I placed my order.  At this point I'll be shocked if I receive anything before next year.  I've still got 6 unshipped standard part orders in limbo land.

I contacted support last week about my orders from October and November that haven't shipped yet. They said they are still working through the backlog due to the operation being moved to the one place and that they may not arrive with the earliest I ordered first but they will come eventually. He had no real time frame and gave me some extra points for the wait. There were a few parts I would have like to have had for Christmas stuff but oh well, they'll probably arrive in the new year.

No extra points for me when I inquired about my parts orders.  If I don't see any movement by the end of this week I'll be calling again.
