Lord Vladivus Posted December 11, 2015 Posted December 11, 2015 "I don't like him. He's coarse and irritating, and he gets everywhere." The Twi'lek girl in the cantina had been right- the Rodian gunrunner was splattered over his hideout, an arm the only thing recognisable as belonging to him. He'd tried to run from my guns, the irony. His goons had put up a fight, but no one gets away from Demos Khan, Scourge of the Outer Rim. Or something like that, I forget what they call me now. The only sounds I can hear are the moans of the dying mingling with hiss of the door as it opens and closes on the lone arm draped across it's threshold. And the soft crunch of my boots on the sand. Job done. The dead Rodian's arm: Demos Khan himself: ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ So, I hope this is alright as a bounty hunter build! C+C welcome! Definitely got a lot more inspiration for SONE now. Quote
Zaael Posted December 11, 2015 Posted December 11, 2015 Very cool build. I like the doors and the antenna a lot! Nice structure on the sand. Overall a great scene. Quote
Junior Shark Posted December 11, 2015 Posted December 11, 2015 (edited) Awesome build! I particularly enjoy the terrific use of the new minifig parts from Rey's Speeder. Edited December 11, 2015 by Junior Shark Quote
WarSquirrel Posted December 12, 2015 Posted December 12, 2015 Nice build! Great use of the slope pieces on the doorway! Quote
MKJoshA Posted December 12, 2015 Posted December 12, 2015 Great work! Question though, can you share the size of the base? Thanks! Quote
Lord Vladivus Posted December 12, 2015 Author Posted December 12, 2015 Cheers! No worries. It's 670 ish studs- probably bigger. Minus the sloped part of the snot base its 24x24 which should be over the requirements unless my maths is off? I don't think I helped things with my photography angles- I can get a photo of it on a 32x32 baseplate on Monday if you want? This'll teach me to try a fancy-schmancy snot base! Quote
MKJoshA Posted December 13, 2015 Posted December 13, 2015 I only ask because the pictures do make it look a little on the small side. I figured it was at least within the 16x32 minimum. No extra pictures needed Quote
Lord Tyrus Posted December 23, 2015 Posted December 23, 2015 Great job! I like the junk piles, really adds to the Tatooine feel! Quote
