Vader Posted October 24, 2007 Posted October 24, 2007 I might be able to go depending on what holiday dates me and the wife have, though theres no way we will be able to get there before late friday. Quote
Morten Posted October 25, 2007 Posted October 25, 2007 Its good to get some final dates so early! I remember other evetns where the dates where confirmed so late, that all the cheap airline tickets where sold out. Good job TT. Offcourse I will go, propably arriving thursday night, maybe before, depending on my job. I think I will be driving from Copenhagen in my car, and arrive at Billund 3 hours later. I propably will have KimT with me in my car, and we have room for 1 more, if either of you find a plane ticket to Copenhagen and not Billund, just PM me before buying the ticket!!! The thing with a hole friday at the park is really good, at the other events it have been a problem thet we where only there at the weekend. So stop crying about it. Morten Quote

snefroe Posted October 26, 2007 Posted October 26, 2007 The wife has asked how I'll recognise anyone. Do people wear red lego carnations or something or do I just keep an eye out for Lego fanatical types prowling around the park on Friday?David X-D i don't think it'll be that difficult to spot us. Just go to the pab, look for the crazy people who are practically sitting in the huuuuuuge box with parts.... that's us... and ah yes, we'll most likely wear our yellow Lego t-shirts.... with pride! *sweet* Or you can just ask tt to give you his phone number, and when you get in the park, give him a call... :-$ Quote

Lasse D Posted November 13, 2007 Posted November 13, 2007 You can count on seeing me there as well. It is always nice to have an event near LEGOLAND because it's such an obvious place to visit while you are there. Quote

Holodoc Posted November 19, 2007 Posted November 19, 2007 Then I would like to throw in another Lego Discovery Center. It hasn Quote
Hobbes Posted November 19, 2007 Posted November 19, 2007 Forget the center in Berlin, I went through in 10 minutes. It only took that long cos it took me one minute to get downstairs (it's "underground"), 8 minutes to take pictures of the miniland (which is a miniture Berlin - nice, but "just" another miniland), and another minute to look around the store with a small PaB and no sales. The center is a check-in, a small miniland, a few tables for kids to build stuff, a small food court (very small, right next to the building tables), a small dragon ride, a small theater with the same movies as in the LEGOLAND parks and a store. All underground, so no loopings or anything for the ride (it looked like it went in a circle anyway, dunno, I didn't go). At least they let me in for free with the LEGOLAND annual pass I got in G Quote
KimT Posted November 20, 2007 Posted November 20, 2007 OK! FORGET BERLIN [makes jedi hand move] THERE IS NO LEGO IN BERLIN [again the same move] Now let's get back to the "REAL DEAL EVENT". KimT Quote

Are you sure those are not just embassies? BTW. It sounds like Berlin has all my favorite parts of LEGOLAND: Miniland and PaB Quote
