Army Resources

Like naval resources, each imperial faction has one regiment that they may use in any of the islands in the Sea of Storms. Regiments can be divided up to add more protection. Royal Troops (those controlled as a faction, as those listed below) can be stationed on ships to add to their crew value, but only on ships owned by the government. Right now, we only have one colony, Arlinsport, so we will station the regiment there. Again, this isn't our only army in the New World, it is just the faction controlled army that participates in the MRCA and EGS.

A quick explanation why I haven't updated the Ship Index:

Since I upgraded my laptop to windows 10, I have no access to internet anymore on it (well, sometimes it works, but that's not that often).

I am delaying bringing my laptop for a check/to solve the problem as that will probably mean I lose all my files (considering that happened last time).

Long story short, after two months with this problem I am going to bring my laptop to a computer store soon and hopefully I'll be able to update the Ship Index again in August :)

Ask if they do a file back-up before the restoration. It may cost more if that isn't something they normally do, but it is worth it. Most places have external hard drives for file dumping.

That's the goal. I'm hoping Ska is able to use these values to calculate final trade values.

Correct. Non-licensed builds associated with a settlement do count; they just can't be easily calculated. There's no location in the free build form, and many free builds are eventually licensed.

There are typically a lot more licensed builds, than non-licensed builds for a settlement. I was going to revamp the Oleon settlement topics to only list builds that aren't licensed and NPC properties.
