Wow! I won! :-$

Thank you to everyone who voted for me...(unfurls huge list)...I'd also like to thank my Manager, my Agent, my Grandma, and of course Douglas himself, plus my cats, my children...(receives huge whack on the head, drops list).

Erm, yes, where was I?

This was a great competition, I had fun designing my little Tank, although it was a bugger to get it right with those treads. Marvin himself was a challenge as well, but I'm very pleased with how he turned out - and using Technic pieces no less, I don't really "do" Technic. Marvin is actually nearly as articulated as a Minifig and his torso turns as well, he's dead cool! The scene itself was fun to design and construct too, I'm glad others found it amusing.

Congratulations to my fellow contestants, all the other entries were brilliant.

Thank you SW4J for my title - wow, I have a title! I didn't know if I would end up as a Hoopy Frood or what...thanks.

Hitch-Hike ON!

It's all in the presentation of the statistics ;-)

We're all Douglas Adams fans, not a loser in the group! *y*

Chaps, here is a final farewell from LEGO Marvin and the Frogstar Tank as pictured just a couple of minutes ago receiving congratulations from my SigFig.

They will be preserved in perpetuity in honour of Douglas and this competition. If we ever run another HH compo', perhaps Marvin will come out of retirement.

Very nice indeed. Really am quite fond of that Marvin, so it's good to know that he lives on forever. *y*

It's nice to know your Marvin will always be there, it was the saddest moment when Adams made him die :'-(

Oh, and remember to change those old diodes in his left side X-D ;-)

I'm not sure, maybe during the holidays, I have a load of shelves in my office where some small miscellaneous LEGO sets and pieces live - my LEGO Daleks live there for example, so I expect they'll join them there in time.

Right now they are testing my Skele-Go Disintegrator which I've put on my desk for storage so the Tabletown authorities can't abuse it. :-)
