KotZ Posted April 25, 2016 Author Posted April 25, 2016 Round 1 of the Sea Conflict Annie vs Raider Mage: Shield (Rolled a 4 and 5 for a total of 9 hits; 20+19=39x2=78 dmg each strike; Mage at 122HP; Quick at 117HP; Daft at 142HP; Fleet Leader at 1,080HP; Ballista A at 22HP; Ballista B and C both at 32HP; Luthan at 222HP; Female A at 172HP; NOTE: I ran the Shield as if it only effects the enemies in a certain area, due to the other skiffs being in a separate location, gameplay wise.) Avalanche vs Female Raider C (Ballista): Evasive Strike- Female Raider C avoids damage (Due to physical location, she cannot hit Avalanche; Warlen gains +! Power) Warlen vs Luthan: Bring Her About (does not happen due to physical location; Warlen gains +1 power) Traci vs Wet Raider (Ballista): Water Chop (Does not happen due to physical location; Warlen gains +1 Power) Calamity vs Skiff A: Damage (counts as miss because, well, a skiff can’t fight back… Warlen gains +1 power) Jackson vs Little Raider: Hit (10+16=26dmg; 190-26=164HP) Rex vs Fleet Leader: Craft Bomb (no bomb used yet, nothing happens) Luke vs Skiff A: Miss (nothing happens) Ballista A vs The Golden Lotus: Free Hit (17-5=12 dmg; 700-12=688HP) Ballista B vs Annie: Free Hit (18-17=1dmg; 32-1=31HP) Ballista C vs Avalanche: Free Hit (18-12=6dmg; 32-6=26HP) Luthan vs Warlen: Free Hit (needs to roll a 6 to deflect. Rolled a 6, success. No damage) Daft Raider Archer vs Traci: Free Hit (20-9=11dmg; 36-11=25HP) Fleet Leader causes 25 dmg to TGL (688-25=663HP) Skiff A and Skiff B now will reach TGL in 3 rounds for melee The battle opens strong. Dragonfire Posted April 26, 2016 Posted April 26, 2016 Avalanche drinks a Smelling Salts, and then shoots at the Daft Raider Archer, "We need to take out the guys who deal free hits first. Everyone target the ballistae or the Captain, Mage or Archer." Quote
Kintobor Posted April 26, 2016 Posted April 26, 2016 "Um, Avalanche, we could take out the enemy ballista with a well placed bomb. It would allow us to put some pressure on the oncoming skiffs. Rex, toss the Agni Bomb onto the opposing ship's deck. We can take out the ballista and deal damage to it's hull." Annienal takes her amethyst and aims an attack at Captain Luthan. Quote

Fleet Leader causes 25 dmg to TGL (613-588HP) Skiff B has reached The Golden Lotus! Quick Raider B is now on board for melee! Despite Annie’s call for a plan, she is unable to translate her action to a strike. Avalanche answers the call though and unleashes a strong strike on the first skiff, stopping it in its tracks. Warlen lets loose a bold strike on the lead ship. Traci also does well with her attack. Once again, Calamity misses as does Jackson. Rex fires his cannon at one of the raiders, nearly taking his arm off. Luke, eager to contribute may have done more harm than good for the party as he sinks the skiff. Three quick strikes fly at the party though. Annie is hit by Luthan’s bolt. The raider mage causes a quick distraction for Avalanche who it unceremoniously knocked out by the archer. Dragonfire Posted May 5, 2016 Posted May 5, 2016 (edited) Avalanche lies on the ground, groaning, "Since you're all confused this round... maybe someone could drop me a Phoenix Essence?" If he is revived, he attacks Daft Raider Archer twice with his ballista. Edited May 5, 2016 by Dragonfire Quote
Kintobor Posted May 6, 2016 Posted May 6, 2016 Annienal watches as chaos ensues on deck, shrieking slightly. She looks about, trying to find something familiar. "Warlen, the first aid kit! Use it!" Annienal shouts. Annienal makes an attempt to find Avalanche and use a Phoenix Essence on him. OOC: Chosen, put Annienal second and you first using the First Aid Kit. That should solve our current conundrum. Quote
