Here´s a small review of this set.

Set no: 75132

Pieces: 88

The long wait is over and The Force Awakens finally have had it´s premiere. I really liked the Movie but won´t put any major spoilers in this short review. Pardon my pictures with bad lighting but it´s dark around the clock in Sweden at the moment.

This set comes in a box, you already know how the box looks so no need to take a photo of it. Inside there are 2 bags and a booklet. The larger bag contains figures and most parts for the turret cannon. A small build but many useful parts, at least for me.

The four heads have no alternative print on backside. Nice to get a brown head in a cheap set.

Minifigparts. Many would like to see the crew minifig replaced with another standard storm trooper, and since the First Order Crew aren´t featured that much in the movie I agree. However I believe we´ll see more of them in the upcoming movies and it´s not like anyone have an army of them already since the figure is fairly new. The heavy gunner features new print on front and back of torso. This figure is quite common on screen and I really like this fig. I have not built my own heavy blaster for him yet though. First order Officer (?) features a new hat that is clearly seen in the movie. Very accurate figs indeed.

If Lego would have included a red banner like the one I made below, it would have been the icing on the cake for this set. :)

The small bag contains some assorted small parts and I can finish the turret build. The turret has a stashe for ammunition and a control panel. There are loads of turrets in the movie so the choice to include it in this battle pack seems very legit. Look really nice as well although a bit small.

Complete set.

I find this battle pack to be very good and I will end up buying more than the ten I had planned.

Thanks for the review. :classic:

The set looks like a good one if you want to build up your stormtroopers or FO crew. It is a good set in regards to minifgs, but how much is the set?

I would say the only thing I don't like about it is the weapons for the minifigures. I really wish TLG would get away from using the over-sized stud launcher blasters. I would just rather they went back to the older and smaller blasters. No, you can't shoot anything from them, but they are much more realistic looking.

I would say the only thing I don't like about it is the weapons for the minifigures. I really don't like the stud launchers that I am seeing more and more of, as they need to super-size them (so you can load and shoot studs). I would just rather they gave you the smaller, but more realistic looking, blasters that don't have the ability to shoot anything.

Luckily, the stud blasters are only in battlepacks. It would be nice if they included the normal guns as well, but eh. They're fun for kids to play with.

You're so right about that banner! What set did it come in? The turbo laser is surprisingly cool. That said, I'm gonna combine the turbos from two sets to make a larger, Death Star trench-esque one.

Great review! Hoping to buy some of this as son as possible

What is the red banner from? Did it bother anyone else seeing real world chest rigs on Stormtroopers? Just like the stock on Captain Phasma's rifle is a AR15 stock by ATI.

I actually liked the real world parts in the movie. The OT weapons were mainly modified weapons from WW2 and such

The red banner comes in 3 sets, 4842 Hogwarts Castle, 40195 Shell station Polybag and 8679 Tokyo International Circuit. However it´s not expensive on Bricklink and you can order it from Lego as well.

Really neat, but I can`t wait to mix`n`match it with the Battlefront Imperial set (which has jump troopers!),when that gets into the shops...........first order jump troopers will look ultra cool!

Looking forward to do some (purist) minifig customisation with this one and the "Resistance" BP. They're the only sets from the new movie so far that I'm interested in.
