LegoFjotten Posted March 21, 2016 Posted March 21, 2016 Much bigger could've meant parts wise which doesn't always equate to a much bigger build Wouldn't it be more productive to talk about more pieces then, since most people here seem to interpret it is referring to physical size? Quote
SandMirror38 Posted March 21, 2016 Posted March 21, 2016 Wouldn't it be more productive to talk about more pieces then, since most people here seem to interpret it is referring to physical size? True, oh well we'll have to just patiently wait Quote
jdm44 Posted March 21, 2016 Posted March 21, 2016 The UCS Snowspeeder set will probably be a collection of 4 regular sized Snowspeeders. Quote
Schneeds Posted March 21, 2016 Posted March 21, 2016 Are we all 100% sure this is going to be the Death Star? Are we sure there's no chance that it's Starkiller Base? I mean, it would make sense. It's essentially the new Death Star, and it would be an interesting and quite striking model to have in a collection. I wouldn't be surprised if the designers at LEGO would want to take a crack at it just as they did with the Death Star. Plus it would be a chance for LEGO to release a bunch of unique versions of all the characters with slightly different printing or whatever and we'll all get really annoyed and then buy them anyway Might not be 100% but it's pretty close to that. Amazingbricks stated it way back and all evidence points to it. It would be absolutely stupid on Lego's part to discontinue the Death Star when it's the best selling set ever and then not refresh it after 8 years. Quote
aabdguy87 Posted March 21, 2016 Posted March 21, 2016 When can we expect to hear more from this UCS set? Quote
analogkid81 Posted March 21, 2016 Posted March 21, 2016 When can we expect to hear more from this UCS set? I would guess Fall since "UCS" Assault on Hoth is coming in May. Quote

benderisgreat Posted March 21, 2016 Posted March 21, 2016 So, has anyone heard anything about Rebels exclusive set with Ahsoka? It's been a while and there's no news about it. And summer sets will star appearing on the shelves by the end of May, so is this retail exclusive set still coming? Quote

A picture of a Friends retailer exclusive set just surfaced a couple days ago, so it's possible other exclusive images might start turning up soon (assuming it's a June release). Quote

Artanis I Posted March 22, 2016 Posted March 22, 2016 ...August this year? Keep up mate, we're nearly 3 months into the new year Quote
Kman860 Posted March 22, 2016 Posted March 22, 2016 Keep up mate, we're nearly 3 months into the new year Last year, definitely meant last year Quote
Junior Shark Posted March 22, 2016 Posted March 22, 2016 Well, August is contained in "this year" if you just look back a year from now, so.... Quote

fitbin Posted March 22, 2016 Posted March 22, 2016 I know this isn't the UK sales forum, but Amazon.co.uk have been doing some limited time prices today on Lego Star Wars. At one point Poe's X Wing was 50 pounds, Rey's speeder was 10 pounds and Hoth Attack was 13 pounds, The resistance troop transporter is STILL £43.77 and the Battle of Takodana is £32.81. Apologies if I've broke any rules, but the UK sales forum is a bit dead and I doubt anyone would've read it. Also the battle packs have been reduced Quote

Amazing Bricks Posted March 22, 2016 Posted March 22, 2016 You might as well buy the new death star as that will get you the total amount for the free polybag ;) Quote
