Legoman123 Posted January 7, 2016 Posted January 7, 2016 Well there is still three more sets to be revealed so maybe we can get the Star Destroyer from one of those three. I am actually hoping for more Cloud City and/or Jango's Slave 1. Quote
x105Black Posted January 7, 2016 Posted January 7, 2016 I'd like to submit a guess for the 2016 summer wave based on an article that popped up via a Google search to find out the subject had ever been made in Lego form before: http://www.groovebri...ha-coming-soon/ Would go nicely with the Sandcrawler + new Droid Escape + Mos Eisley Cantina Yes, we need as many creatures like this as possible! I love this Bantha design, and want to buy one. Quote

Another Bespin set would be nice considering the facts that no OT sets have been revealed for the summer wave ( minus the 3 mystery ones ). Quote
Darth_Brick360 Posted January 8, 2016 Posted January 8, 2016 To all the people who think yoda could come with the turbo tank: Even though yoda has come in 2 other sets in the last 3 years, they still probably will do it. I remember having 3 zev senesca's from all different sets. Lego is not always the best when it comes to diversity in characters. Quote
Jbricks Posted January 8, 2016 Posted January 8, 2016 No, I disagree. Zev is a minor character that most kids will see as "rebel pilot." Yoda is a set-seller. Lego needs Yoda in the spider droid set to be "exclusive," or else the set will be almost completely undesireable. Quote
Dragonlego27 Posted January 8, 2016 Posted January 8, 2016 Was the turbo tank seen in Felucia at the end of ROTS? Because if so, there's the chance of an updated Aayla Secura fig... Quote

To me the Clone Wars and Rebels characters are minor, Zev is a damn Rogue pilot! Quote
Cyberfounder Posted January 8, 2016 Posted January 8, 2016 Was the turbo tank seen in Felucia at the end of ROTS? Because if so, there's the chance of an updated Aayla Secura fig... Nope, only on Kashyyyk. We see an AT-TE, AT-AP and AT-OT at then end on Felucia if i'm correct. Quote

Lego needs Yoda in the spider droid set to be "exclusive," or else the set will be almost completely undesireable. But the Yoda in the new Spider-Droid set is not really new or exclusive, he's exactly the same as sw471 the one in Duel on Geonosis 75017, minus the neck attachment, which was only there for playability, not as an accurate character part or accessory. wesker Posted January 8, 2016 Posted January 8, 2016 Nope, only on Kashyyyk. We see an AT-TE, AT-AP and AT-OT at then end on Felucia if i'm correct. The tank can also be seen on Coruscant when Yoda is preparing to leave for Kashyyyk. Doubtful the set will be based on this scene but it would provide a nice opportunity for some gray-marked Coruscant clones. Quote

True, but TLG always makes sure that the sets they make represent the moment that we see them in action/battle. Of course anything is possible and the more clone variations, the better! 501st hint hint! ^^ Edited January 8, 2016 by Cyberfounder Quote

I know who Zev is but I've always treated his minifigures as "generic pilots." Apart from the helmets, it's almost impossible to differentiate Rebel pilot figures because they all end up with pretty much the same face except for Biggs and Porkins (which is one of my favorite minifigures now and was a wonderful surprise in that last X-wing set). Yeah no, Zev is extremely minor. I've seen the movies hundreds of times and still had no idea who you guys were talking about. Quote
Im a brickmaster. Posted January 8, 2016 Posted January 8, 2016 Ok this is NOT 2016 related but it's to good not to share: At a local grocery place I found a bunch of FO Snowspeeders...and they were $19.99! So as you can imagine I could get two speeders, six figs and 888 pieces (which is encroaching on 100 dollar territory) for the price of one! Quote

Well, for that price even I would have bought one or two of those Edited January 8, 2016 by BigEl Quote
HawkLord Posted January 8, 2016 Posted January 8, 2016 Which grocery chain? At that price, it's very worth it. Quote
LegoFjotten Posted January 8, 2016 Posted January 8, 2016 At that price, I would probably have cleaned out the shelf... Quote
Ultron Posted January 8, 2016 Posted January 8, 2016 Still would probably not buy the FO snowspeeder even at that price. The figs and build are pretty boring, my collection can do without them Quote
Junior Shark Posted January 8, 2016 Posted January 8, 2016 (edited) Which grocery chain? +1 At that price, I would probably have cleaned out the shelf... +1 At that price, it's a very good source of parts, and the figures are pretty good. Picking up a couple on discount would make up for the microfighter snowtrooper not having his skirt. Edited January 8, 2016 by Junior Shark Quote
Bricksnaps Posted January 8, 2016 Posted January 8, 2016 Walmarts are clearing them at either $30 or $20. Quote
