It's a shame The Inquisitor only had a standard bald head, so I hope they will give us something like this if they make Tio Medon like in the Yoda Chronicles. I can't upload the picture here for some reason, but there was a headpiece on top of his head to recreate a long Pau'an's head as accurately as possible. Quote

But i doubt we will see the inquisitor any time soon. He will be a rarity because of his short lived appearence on rebels. Quote
Pulp Detective Posted August 24, 2015 Posted August 24, 2015 (edited) He will be a rarity because of his short lived appearence on rebels. Spoiler much??Any way on-topic now it's a pity we wont see the inquisitor for the time being(or never again) since it would be a great opportunity to give him a smiling expression that he usually has on the show. just2good Posted August 24, 2015 Posted August 24, 2015 I was thinking the Inquisitor can easily be in the TIE Advanced Microfighter, no? Quote
Pulp Detective Posted August 24, 2015 Posted August 24, 2015 I was thinking the Inquisitor can easily be in the TIE Advanced Microfighter, no? Hm I wouldn't bet on it since the characters we get on the MF are either minor or nameless characters, like a pilot or a trooper. Quote

Pulp Detective Posted August 24, 2015 Posted August 24, 2015 And Han Solo. There been like a hundred Han Solo minifigs since Star Wars first appeared on Lego form but you have a point. Quote

Terrasher Posted August 24, 2015 Posted August 24, 2015 I just came by a video which mentioned the vote TLG held concerning the release of Home One, Palpatine's Arrest or Cloud City. Obviously, Home One won but Palpatine's Arrest was still released some time after. I wonder whether or not TLG will release a complete Cloud City set or decide to make different modular sets. They'll most likely design several individual sets since there are considerably more scenes taking place is Cloud City rather than in Palpatine's Arrest or Home One (this rumored "Carbon Freezing Chamber" set could be one of a couple upcoming Bespin sets). TheBrickBuilder14 Posted August 24, 2015 Posted August 24, 2015 I am actually looking very much forward to the Battlefront themed battle packs, I guess that we'll probably get a Stormtrooper or two in the imperial battle pack, hopefully a new Scout Trooper using the new helmet that they used for the Kashyyyk Trooper and I guess they could include a Shock Stormtrooper or maybe a Shadow Trooper in there aswell. For the Rebels we could actually see some new species, since you can choose your own species in the game from what I heard, imagine finally getting a Bothan minifigure :) Quote
Artizan Posted August 24, 2015 Posted August 24, 2015 I dont think they would use kashyyk troopers helmet for scout trooper. Quote
Ultron Posted August 24, 2015 Posted August 24, 2015 Some new Stormtrooper helmets were revealed for Rogue One. I'm guessing we'll get sets but I didn't know if posting the picture here would be off topic so I put it in the Culture & Multimedia one instead. Quote
Fives Posted August 24, 2015 Posted August 24, 2015 I dont think they would use kashyyk troopers helmet for scout trooper. Unless they go to the trouble of making another new trooper helmet mold, thats the best option. I was looking at it, and while there are some subtle differences, overall it looks the same. With the right printing, it could look great. Also, they'd need arm printing if they stick with using black arms. I really hope we don't get those red Shock Stormtroopers from that one trailer. Yeah, its cool, but I'd much rather something more plain in colour. They just look better when you army build. In the Rebels battle pack, I hope we get a new backpack mold that looks like the packs worn on Hoth and Endor. And a Sullustian and a Bothan would be really cool. Quote

If I'm remembering correctly, the third option wasn't Cloud City, it was Slave I with the Cloud City landing platform. So all we would have gotten probably would have been a walkway. With that said, it's pretty interesting now to see that all three of those sets from that vote ended up getting made anyway (with the exception of the landing platform part). It'd be cool if there was another fan choice thing in the future. I'm pretty excited to see how they'll handle the Carbon Freezing set though. $25 might sound cheap, but I think it's actually a pretty good price range just for the chamber alone. I'm expecting lots of trans orange. Quote
The Executive Posted August 24, 2015 Posted August 24, 2015 I feel like Mawhonic could be in the podracer set since they already have a the head mould but it would be pretty cool to have the two headed guy or Ben Quadinaros. How long do you think it will be before we have more details on the new sets? Quote

I'm expecting lots of trans orange. Correct with the landing platform, and I believe we had 2 Slave I since then. The fan choice thing was great, but right now Lego is getting their input from Ideas I guess. I'm also pretty hyped about the Cloud City set. The OT playsets have been a blast in the last couple of years, with the Cantina being one of my favorite Lego sets ever. I still cannot believe this set has no flick fire missiles! This is absolutely amazing. It's just a nice playset without any weird features. Even the Dewback or the speeder don't have any flick fires. Just great, and high hopes for a small Bespin set. And I am hyped about the Battlefront sets. I really don't like MMO shooters at all but this I understand is the once in a lifetime to get some variation of OT troops. Honestly, while the PT has some great special troops, all we got as OT nerds is new versions of the same troopers, be it on the Empire or Rebel side. I hope this will be a great army builder to get some variety. Hoping for specialized and normal Stormtroopers, and I would love to get a black rebel trooper or even an alien. We have the ships, we're missing the troops. Quote

Fuppylodders Posted August 29, 2015 Posted August 29, 2015 I am worried that because the carbon chamber is part of what sooo many people uave been wanting for absolute ages, that people will be expecting sooo much from it despite knowing it is only $25, that it will get so much criticism against it that it will be unfairly written off as a poor attempt. I know itbis far too early to say this without any further info on it, but you see it happen so much, i dont want amy potential chamce ofnfuture cloud city sets being potentially written off because of the unjust negativity... JVM Posted August 29, 2015 Posted August 29, 2015 For the TFA Battle Packs I would expect probably 3 stormtroopers and one snowtrooper in the FO one, and 3 generic resistance soldiers and another special one.For the Battlefront ones I can think of 3 Tantive IV rebels and probably an alien (Rodian or Sullustan) for the rebels battlepack and three stormies and some vehicle pilot (AT-ST for example) or an updated Scout Trooper in the Empire. I'd love these combinations. We desperately need affordable OT Stormtroopers, especialy with the new design - I'm still weirded out about the new Shadow Stormtroopers. We can always use more Rebel troopers, too. Rebels Microfighters sound great, and I really hope Hera comes with The Ghost and the Inquisitor with the TIE. I'm probably being too hopeful but it'd be nice to see them in cheaper sets and it'd be easier to get a full crew. Zeb and Chopper'll need to cycle back in, too. Droid Escape could be interesting, I'll wait and see. The previous set was decent but the pod itself left some to be desired and the droids have been changed since. The Carbon Freezing Chamber set is exciting, especially at the prospect of new Bespin outfits. I really hope we can manage Chewie with C-3PO on his back. Ugnaughts seem possible - the new hairpiece for Doc Brown would be a good choice for them. I'm more excited for Lando than anything else though Quote
Hulk_Smash Posted August 29, 2015 Posted August 29, 2015 The Carbon Freezing chamber is just stair and a platform, but does have Boba, and an Ugnaught (with frozen Han) Quote
