Updating the Star Wars Review and MOC Index

Am I the only member here who think that the Star Wars review and MOC Index needs a major update?

Like a example, the latest review to been indexed in the Review index are sets from 2014. It's almost two year since all the 2014 sets review been indexed in the index. Where's the 2015 set reviews in the index? Some of the reviews are excellent and deserved to been indexed.

I also see that the MOC index is still kinda outdated. I know that the indexer want to ensure that the indexed MOC are excelent in quality, but at the same time I also see that some of the MOCs indexed aren't that good and rough, while I also see some excellent MOCs that deserved to been indexed aren't been indexed. I didn't mean that the MOCs in the MOC index are bad, but I think there's some MOCs that more deserved to been indexed.

I agree that many of the MOCs in the index are good attempts, but not really something someone would want to spend money and time to replicate. The truly exceptional designs should be somehow highlighted.

I messages Brickdoctor about this back in August, he told me that one of the regulators is working on an overhaul of the index. So they are aware, but these things take time.

I would be happy if they just got the review index caught up. Trying to do the MOC index would be a never ending battle, but official sets are a finite number.

This isn't the only theme with the problem, either. Technic does pretty well tracking the best MOCs with the Hall of Fame, but the review index there is also more than a year out of date.

I think the issue is a combo of the review index being out of date and the number of reviews coming in not usually covering the entire lineup, so an increase in reviews would be necessary for an updated review index to be useful.
