I have the back wall of a warehouse, with a platform, being used as a small stage. Dearji the Windsong will be singing about the Triuri. The build measures 24x20, but I don't know what I should classify it as. Maybe artisan, as it is a small performance venue. I'll be taking pics tomorrow with my new cell.

You're right, but looking at the licensing price it isn't worth it to me. MAESTRO can license it if they wish, as I got permission to claim the 'warehouse' back wall as belonging to MAESTRO. This is about a story point for me, and not EGS.

If it's a warehouse, wouldn't it be commerce then? Obviously you aren't in it for the doubloons btu it also reduces the cost as Eslandolans get those bonuses and increases the profit - MAESTRO might be glad of that.

Lifting Spirits at Tragian's Stage is now up, and since it is set at the back of a MAESTRO warehouse, it is theirs to license if they wish.

Thank you Gedren to open for MAESTRO a warehouse in Nova Terreli. May I assume someone from MAESTRO need to build the rest of the warehouse before licensing it or is it possible to license it directly as a small commerce ?

I was referring to the Art and Culture license. Admittedly the venue is small, but intimacy can be a virtue here.

As a small Art & Culture I think the build fits well, but certainly I can't see it being licensed as a warehouse; so if MAESTRO would like to license a warehouse, someone would have to build it.

Requirements for Large Town:

* at least 31 property license points

* at least 4 points for each: Artisan, Residence, Commerce, Factory

* at least 1 point for each: culture, education

to become a large city.

Being a large city brings several benefits: Natural growth and civil servant positions.

Nova Terreli by the end of May 616 AE:

* 24 property license points (20x small/medium, 2x large/royal)

* 7 artisan points

* 5 residence points

* 7 commerce points

* 1 factory point

* 1 cultural

* 0 educational

Gap to become a Large City:

* 7 property license points (e.g. 3x small/medium and 2x large)

* 3 factory license points (e.g. 1x small and 1x large)

* 1 educational lidense point (e.g. 1 small school)

If Nova Terreli becomes a Large Town by the end of June then 250 DBs will be split amongst all contributors!

Contribution Points

* small/medium license: 1 point

* large/royal license: 2 points

* if factory: double points (2 or 4)

* if educational: 2,5 points (regardless of size)

* unlicensed freebuilds: 0,5 points

* contributors from other nations will get 20% more points for their licenses

Details

* If we succeed the 250 DBs will be split based on the amount of contribution points.

* If we fail only 80 DBs will be split amongst those who tried.

* MOCs should fit with the city style.

* post your MOC in the city thread.

* add your MOC on brickseas.com as well (image is optional)

* DBs will be rounded up (e.g. if you would get 39,21 DBs you will get 40).

* Money will be paid at the beginning of July

* If we succeed until 25th of June half the price pool will be paid in June already

After the negative rapport inspector Ed Spill wrote about the Pine Sol Factory, Lord Damaximus saw the possibility to buy the Pine Sol Factory for a very interesting price. The production process won't be changed, the only change is that inspectors are not welcome anymore!

It turns out the Pine Sol Factory was secretly hidden in Nova Terelli.
