Okay, this is my first moc I have posted on Eurobricks so i hope it turns out right :-$ .

I told SirNadroj in one of his threads that he inspired me to create my own post-apoc MOC. I had planned to make it ages later but as I was dismantling my craptastic Dino attack tank, I decided to make something of it.

I love making MOCs out of sets and the tank and quadbike in this are made from the tank and quadbike in the dino series! :-D I think they are better though. The platform is pretty rushed, I made it from the wings of my Sopwith Camel.

I love the barbarians in the trees. Please respect the amount of time it took to hang the skellies in the right positions. They kept spinning! |-/ My other sigfig is not present but you will see him in the halloween car contest. The story of this scene is in the Brickshelf gallery.

I really appreciate the feedback, and asuka, your right! As I was building the second tree I thopugh: "Hey! This looks a lot like a mushroom! :-D ", also thanks for liking the colour scheme, tan and brown can either look good, or bad like that Dino Island set :-X

I understand now why we always see Mocs from you SirNadroj, I had a lot of fun building this one.

I don't think i'll touch the post-apoc genre for awhile though, I'm more interested to see what your next one is. But keep a lookout for my punpkin car contest entry!

It's nice to see a MOC from you. I really like the diorama you set up. I agree with you that the barbarians are awesome! And I really appreciate those hanging skellies. That is really a creepy effect...I like the tank a lot and agree it is much more menacing and cool looking than that weird Dino-Attack one-which I did like, but it was weird. The only change I would suggest, and is it a major one, would be to lower that roof. Right now it looks more like a train engine than a tank. Could you maybe reconfigure that second level to be an enclosed gunner's station. I think that would make a big difference. Other than that, I really like this-the quadbike is particularly cool.

I really like the quad bike. I feel I didn't point that out enough. The configuration of the wheels to give it the feeling of forward suspension (does that make sense?) is really cool...I look forward to your tank mod *y*

Although I have to say that a rework of the tank could be interesting, I do think that this

high roof adds a lot to the charm of the MOC. This train-look-a-like of it prevents that tank

from appearing as the usual kind of streamlined future-tank and goes, IMHO, very well with

the post-apoc atmosphere. So.... sorry, but.... make it even higher! X-D

EDIT: I finished my mods now. Hinckley sugested I make it more enclosed, more like a tank. I did this, the pilot now has a protective cockpit, and the leader has a bulletproof window. The gunners also have little cockpits too.

I love your modification buddy. You stayed true to your original design like Asuka suggested, but now everyone's all protected from the barbarians. Much more of a tank, but still has your unique design. Excellent modification!

BTW, I like Batbrick away better than your current sign-off...will you change it back after Halloween? :'-)
