Shop at home take telephone orders as well, can you not just ring them?

Over here in Malaysia, it's about 3 months after the exclusive release at official Lego stores, so I've been told. Not sure about the UK.

Not really. Every country is different. There's no 'guarantee' that all exclusives will make it to other retailer's shelves, except perhaps as resales, with markup.

In my local Lego licensed store they still have a VW Camper at a retail price. Sometimes it's a lottery.
