ApophisV Posted April 16, 2004 Posted April 16, 2004 yeah, i know... in the beginning of this whole bunch of new colors (as far as i remember, the paradisa-sets with its pinks and purples were the very first) that we now have, i also wasn't sure what to think about... but now, i think its really good to have colors like tan, dark grey (okay, this color we had in the 90's, but only a few special parts, like burps or ancient weapons (swords, sabres,...)) and so on... *dreaming of an 1:1-scale tan battle droid* ;) the problem with the minifigs is, somehow they remember me at those collectible figures from "ferrero kinder Quote

Guest Precious Jazz Posted April 18, 2004 Posted April 18, 2004 My fig reviews: Harry Potter & the rest of that lot - ugly like reality (no offense to anyfans) Spidy - Not skin tone but the new fig looks less cartoonish than his lego predessesor. Mary-Jane - MJ's predessasor was too blah. I accually like new MJ. She has had a face-lift (No longer her orange hair curls, her mole, green eyeshadow and pink lips), dyed her hair darker and isthe firts minifigure who looks better peach than yellow Harry Osborn - He's only here for one reason - Oscorp has a cloning program. Wonder if Kaminoans run the joint? Anyway the guy is just Norman aka the Goblin with darker hair. Too be honest, he isn't better not worse skin toned. Princess Leia - Judging by pics I gotta go with skin tone. She looked good yellow but she was too much of generic female. Go the skin tone! Han - I prefered yellow Han.
