That was my second test. I also made a Dinosaur Test earlier but it doesn't have all the distractions of the Pirate LEGO test.

You may take the test again to get a better score if you wish, but your first score is the one that counts most. However there is no rules against future test takers from studying up on Pirate LEGO first. You should always do your revision before a test or an exam.

Fear not! Its not your scoer that matters, its whether you had fun doing the test that matters the most.

Thats a relief :P

But I had a lot of fun doing it ;) Therefore mister_phes, please provide us with another test ;)

Ah. But if you didn't have fun... we'll keel haul ye... then maroon ye on a desert isle.... then make ye walk the plank. Ye scurvy dog.

I am quite curious to know how I'm going to walk the plank if marooning comes prior to that...

Nice test, Phes. Thanks!

My score was 80%

and i got 99% compared to the score of other of the same age and gender.

That's quite a surprising score for someone who lives in Holland and hasn't been into pirates for nearly 10 years.

Still i think i missed some storylines here in Holland. For example, i didn't know anything about a second pirates-captain. And the Spanish and the French didn't have any names either here.

Only when the pirate-line was launched (that was in 1989, piece of cake) all the characters were introduced. Later on there were just the new sets, and you had to figure out the names by yourself.

Anyway, i'm also curious for the answers. I really wonder why i didn't have that 100% score. :-D

greetings,

Sir Thomas

Mr Brickheim you have done well and it is good to see that you have posted - since you've only made 5 posts in the 10 months you've been here.

I don't think there were any French in the Pirate theme. Some people like to make the Blue Coats French, however I tend to think they're British - it seems more historically accurate. When someone challenges my reasons or complains about this I shall provide my evidence...

The answers to the harder questions will be submitted later... When nobody else appears to be taking the test.

That hats have nothing to do with it laddie! French wore those stako's too.

Yes the British were known as the Red Coats during the American Civil war, but take one look at Pirates of the Caribbean: Curse of the Black Pearl and you'll notice that the British do in fact have blue and red uniforms. Now what's going on here? Does anybody know... Or will a create that thread I've been delaying to create for ages...

Now its time test you varments to see how much you know about Pirate LEGO.

And if you do the test, post your results HERE

Hi all,

First post here... I've been waiting to jump in for a while and saw this quiz and thought 'hey'... I'm a castle fan (sometimes lured into pirate or even further...) and proud to report an 84% (bows). Alas I have no special MOC for the occassion but my brickshelf gallery shows my style:

Hope to be around fairly often, if not you can usually hunt me up on Lugnet (esp .Castle) and Classic-Castle...

Ohh almost forgot: I'm Irish (and so of vital importance to euro-anything : ) but of the wandering sort so you'll hear of me from all over.

God Bless,

Nathan Todd aka The Lengendary Norro
