on topic: i thought everyone likes 4 stud wide cars and 6 stud wide trucks. i counted and this is 8 stud wide! :-P i guess we'll be moving soon to 12-16 stud wide trucks and helicopters...wooohooo... X-D X-D X-D X-D

alright, alright, i'll not rain on anyone's parade. really hoping for the japanese fans to make a chibi scale of this theme's cars. hopefully in 4 stud wide so i can "copy" their method and incorp into my town. :-P :-D

as for shooting contraption, i'm okay with them, but the scale has got to be reduced. it's just too large right now. something in the size of the pirate's shooting cannon would be ideal. everything about lego is getting too large for my liking.

I really like that big set, but I'm not gonna make the mistake with getting this line or the new police station next year that I made this year with the aquaraider sets. I now have about 5 sets I want to get, and no money! |-/

I'll pick up one or two of the smaller ones AFTER I've finshed off castle, batman, indy, exo-force and city.

I think the white racer from the big set looks very interesting given the pointy Le Mans-prototype like look. These sets seem to be great for curved slopes, but that new mudguard has a little too much flairings in a single piece for my likings - to use pieces like that tend to standardize the vehicles too much.

When I just had Harry Potter sets I just changed something for fun and Harries hair on Hermionies head also look good. a bit Natalie Imbruglia in 'Torn'(1998).

Thanks legomilk! These look great, but I'll be getting Castle. ;-) The minifigs aren't as exciting as I expected. :-/ Still, the cars look nice. But look at the slopes on the front of the orange car. Are those all stickers?
