Japanbuilder Posted June 7, 2016 Posted June 7, 2016 Oh drat, now that Deluxe edition they want a 100 bucks for here in Japan is looking more tempting than ever ! !!!!!! grrrrrrr! Quote
Krulis Posted June 14, 2016 Posted June 14, 2016 Demo is out (at least on ps4, not sure about other platforms). Quote
Tariq j Posted June 14, 2016 Posted June 14, 2016 The graphics look amazing on the Demo. I think it really shows how far Lego games have come Quote
The Lego Nolan Posted June 14, 2016 Posted June 14, 2016 What day was this coming out, again? 2 weeks from today. Quote
Tech Artist Posted June 15, 2016 Posted June 15, 2016 The demo is short but fun. I really want this game. I need to save up for it though. The gameplay is as great as it ever was with some new mechanics like a cover feature. The dialogue and story writing is on point. This will be a great game. Quote
Japanbuilder Posted June 15, 2016 Posted June 15, 2016 Demo is sweet looking. Love how the characters move and love the new mechanics they're fun. Cant wait for the full retail version to hit the streets. Quote
npgcole Posted June 25, 2016 Author Posted June 25, 2016 (edited) Someone got the game and put all the cutscenes up on YouTube. I told myself I wasn't going to watch any of them until I get the game, but I couldn't resist. I watched the cutscenes for the Battle of Endor prologue. And man, let me tell you, it really makes me wish they'd make a remaster of The Complete Saga. it was awesome. Oh, and TFA Luke is in the game. Edited June 25, 2016 by npgcole Quote

Me to, i resisted from watching The Battle of Endor but i couldn't. From watching the level cutscenes we really need a remaster. Quote

And Redlettermedia's Mr. Plinkett! Also.... The FN-2199 weapon is so good, too bad it's made of fake (modified) parts. Edited June 27, 2016 by Jbricks Quote
Krulis Posted June 27, 2016 Posted June 27, 2016 And Redlettermedia's Mr. Plinkett! No. Just no. Quote
Japanbuilder Posted June 27, 2016 Posted June 27, 2016 No. Just no. Lol. His analysis, while a bit too picky, was spot on at the most crucial flawed elements of the PT. I would welcome his inclusion heh heh. Quote
Savage Oppress Posted June 28, 2016 Posted June 28, 2016 (edited) so it looks like Lego Loki is playing the role of Lego Kylo Ren, since they both have the same hair piece, evil smile, and cape, but Kylo Ren's cape is black and ripped. Edited June 28, 2016 by Savage Oppress Quote
Calanon Posted June 28, 2016 Posted June 28, 2016 I bought this today, took a little while to finish downloading. The PC controls are absolutely horrible and there seems to be nothing for the mouse at all. Quote
Savage Oppress Posted June 28, 2016 Posted June 28, 2016 I bought the Xbox One version from Target today, was going to get the regular version, but the Target employee for the Video Game department pushed me to get the Deluxe edition Quote
ToaDraco Posted June 29, 2016 Posted June 29, 2016 I preordered the deluxe edition from gamestop and got all of the preorder bonuses which were 3 dlc packs, the Finn minifig, a mini Kylo Ren's Shuttle set, a poster, a "BB on Board" sticker like the one Rey puts on her speeder, and a really cool holographic panel that was on the front of the box. So far it was absolutely worth it. A lot of great stuff and the game is already stacking up to be one of the best LEGO games to date. I'm loving the free roam and the vehicle segments in particular The blaster battles are also great. Quote
Forresto Posted June 29, 2016 Posted June 29, 2016 This is turning out to look awesome! I do hope the Ps3 version is the same and not some cutback version. I still have horrible flashbacks to how wildly different The Force Unleashed was on the Wii compared to the PS3 version. Quote

CM4Sci Posted June 29, 2016 Posted June 29, 2016 I bought this today, took a little while to finish downloading. The PC controls are absolutely horrible and there seems to be nothing for the mouse at all. Took me about 40 minutes when I got it from Steam. I didn't like the controls, but I have played a lot of LEGO games on PC so I'm used to those controls. H to attack, AWSD to move, U to jump, J to do an action, K to switch. It won't let me do Esc as the menu though. It's easy once you get the hang of it! Quote

I very quickly gave up and used my controller - much better! I really like the design of the megablaster for heavy stormtroopers, but I can't get a picture of it. Anyone got one? Quote
masdcw Posted June 29, 2016 Posted June 29, 2016 Anybody else having problems downloading the Jabba & ESB character packs? They are listed as being available on June 28, but I haven't been able to download them (on the Xbox One). Quote
