PickleManDan Posted June 29, 2016 Posted June 29, 2016 Anybody else having problems downloading the Jabba & ESB character packs? They are listed as being available on June 28, but I haven't been able to download them (on the Xbox One). I was able to download the Jabba's Palace pack, but not the ESB one. Quote
CM4Sci Posted June 29, 2016 Posted June 29, 2016 Story Mode complete! Anyone else come upon some bugs that had you restart the game? It froze a couple times, and sometimes characters got stuck within models so I had to restart. I honestly don't like how they handled some scenes, but the game was still great! Time to get 100% ! The only problem i had was on PC with act 3 of Escape the Finalizer where it got stuck after the cutscene with Ray seeing BB-8 captured at the loading screen so i had to launch the game again. Bricky Dee Williams Posted June 30, 2016 Posted June 30, 2016 Was it known before release that LSW: TFS would be getting an iOS platform release? I was surprised to see it this early, yet there it is on the App Store. Quote
CF Mitch Posted June 30, 2016 Posted June 30, 2016 So, I got this game the day before yesterday, but didn't install and play it until last night. I have the PS4 version, so I got the Jabba's Palace Pack, and the Droid Character Pack. However, a sticker on the cover also mentioned the Phantom Limb level, but I can't find it or anything, anywhere. Is that automatically IN the game, right away (and if so, is that the chapter/level where Threepio is standing at the very beginning, when walking towards the first TFA chapter, and he mentions rescuing Admiral Ackbar?), or is it a DLC yet to be released or something? So far I've played the prologue, and the Assault On Jakku partiall, and I really like the game. At first I was hesitant about the new gameplay additions, but they turn out to be really cool and handy Thanks for any info, and enjoy the game everyone! Regards, Mitch Quote

Calanon Posted June 30, 2016 Posted June 30, 2016 It's really hilarious hearing the actual actors voicing their characters with some of the new lines. Quote
Krulis Posted June 30, 2016 Posted June 30, 2016 Ah, okay. Thanks! But can anyone tell me where to find or how I can acquire the Phantom Limb level? Regards, Mitch It's not avaible yet. It will come in august for Playstation and november for other platforms. Also the game is great. Haven't finished it yet but it may be my favourite Lego game ever (with Dimensions on second place and Hobbit on third). Quote

Haven't finished it yet but it may be my favourite Lego game ever (with Dimensions on second place and Hobbit on third). Top 3 Favorite Lego Games List: 1. Lego Star Wars: The Force Awakens 2. Lego Marvel's Avengers 3. Lego Jurassic World I liked Lego Dimensions, but it is not on the list, because the portal made the puzzles a bit confusing for me Edited July 1, 2016 by Savage Oppress Quote
ToaDraco Posted July 2, 2016 Posted July 2, 2016 (edited) I beat story mode and have played a decent amount of free play. It's one of the best LEGO games to date. I love the free roam and I like having the Dajarik table to farm studs is pretty sweet. I quite enjoyed the extra levels too. Some were longer than others but all of them offered some nice locations and did a great job of fleshing out the story leading up to TFA. I only wish there were free flying like in LEGO Star Wars 3. I really loved being able to hop in a ship and land and jump out. One of my favorite things in free roam is walking around as a Rancor(hands down my favorite Star Wars creature and bigfig!) and crushing everything in my path. I only wish he was a little faster, could jump, and could actually pick enemies up and eat them. Having preordered the PS4 version from gamestop, I got 3 DLCs right from the get go. The Jabba pack is decent, the Droid pack is awesome for Grievous alone. I primarily run around as him, he can actually do quite a bit but he can't drive vehicles for some frustrating reason. The Jedi pack though, that was a must have for me. All of the Jedi are great and the Eta-2 Actis-class Jedi Interceptor was absolutley the best part for me. It's Obi-Wan's version from the most recent set of course and I love that set too. By far my favorite Star Wars ship from all of the movies, shows and EU. Just beautiful ships imho. I really look forward to the rest of the DLC when it comes out, especially the Clone Wars character pack and the story missions. Edited July 2, 2016 by ToaDraco Quote
The Lego Nolan Posted July 2, 2016 Posted July 2, 2016 I feel like this game was much easier than the games normally are. I am not also a fan of the way that you unlock the characters just by playing through the levels. Quote

I am not also a fan of the way that you unlock the characters just by playing through the levels. yeah, and they made the game shorter by 4 levels by having the game story be 12 levels and they locked the last 4 levels with a gold brick restriction when in Lego Marvel's Avengers, you could play all 16 levels with no gold brick restrictions Quote
Ordinareo Posted July 3, 2016 Posted July 3, 2016 (edited) I just 100% the game and man the bonus level for the last Gold Brick Starkiller Destruction is such a fun addition to an already awesome game. Edited July 3, 2016 by Ordinareo Quote

badchriss Posted July 4, 2016 Posted July 4, 2016 I have the Game since last Thursday and i really love it.It`s my first Lego Game but definately not my last. The Graphics look really great on my PC and i love all those funny lego themed Jokes. Until now i only encountered one weird Glitch when the first Time i get the Millenium Falcon Level i was heading towards a Ladder upstairs and a [K] prompted me to hit that Key. Well,Han Solo,Rey and Finn dropped litteraly into the deep black Void with some X-Wings scattered around the Space and the Characters were constantly dying.Had to exit the Game. BTW,has anyone tried to build some of those Objects that are made out of actual Bricks but not Part of any real Set (no matter if Promo, regular or whatever) and try to build them in real Life or LDD? If not, maybe we could open a Thread similar to the "Building Bricksburg" Thread for the Lego Movie. Quote
KicktheNitro Posted July 5, 2016 Posted July 5, 2016 Does anybody know if the ESB pack is exclusively for pre-orders? Because if it is, I wasn't aware, and now I'm a little miffed with myself for not pre-ordering. Quote

ToaDraco Posted July 6, 2016 Posted July 6, 2016 ESB was exclusive for the deluxe edition, Jabba's pac was exclusive for gamestop purchases and the Jedi pack is exclusive for season passes/deluxe editions. I guarantee that all of them will be available to everyone eventually but that'll be awhile. Quote
Forresto Posted July 7, 2016 Posted July 7, 2016 There are soooo many characters its incredible! Does anyone knoe if they kept customization and if yes it as limited as the clone wars or full of tons of options? Quote
nymmerod Posted July 8, 2016 Posted July 8, 2016 There are soooo many characters its incredible! Does anyone knoe if they kept customization and if yes it as limited as the clone wars or full of tons of options? There are 10 custom character slots, two of which are BB units, one is an R2/R4 unit, one is a protocol droid, the rest are people. I'm not sure how it worked in clone wars. The options are pretty much limited to using parts from characters you have unlocked in game but you can change colors of some things. I have enjoyed the game a lot, especially the bonus levels with material leading up to the film. The two complaints I have are: 1) the complete lack of Luke (Ep. VII version) as a playable character. There really isn't a great way to make a custom version of him either. That seems like a major oversight to me. and 2) the Wii U version doesn't get any of the DLC content which is just stupid. What, PS4 made some behind the scenes deal for exclusive rights? It's annoying. Quote
