Posted February 9, 20169 yr I don't know if it has been posted before but whatever... Photo So this is an interesting concept that I found on MPG. So this is a concept for this sort of big figures which is really cool. As you can see in the image this "Giant" is around 2 times taller than the average minifigure. This design uses a normal minifigure head, on a peg on the top of the body (just like an average minifigure) the design also reuses the Castle Troll arms. On the body itself there are 2 studs on the back of it, and 2 next to the peg at the top. The hips are a new mould (I think). The legs are similar to a normal figure but a bit re-sized, the hips have 4 pegs to connect to the body. At the front and back, around the belt area, there are 2 studs on both sides. As for the legs themselves they are almost exactly like normal legs, these legs are very big and at the back of the legs there are a few holes, so that the "Giant" can sit. Also at the bottom of the image there are 4 epic "Giants" that I wish could happen. I would love to see these "Giants" happen.
February 9, 20169 yr It's one of Alexandre Boudon's designs. A number of his designs have gone on to be Collectible Minifigures. However, I don't think it would fit in a CMF packet so seems unlikely to ever make it as part of that line. It would be great if TLG used Boudon's design for a bigfig cyclops, minotaur or ogre but I don't see it fitting any of the existing lines. It could conceivably be part of a future Ninjago or Nexo Knights set, but the latter already has a method of creating oversized minifigs: http://alpha.bricklink.com/pages/clone/catalogitem.page?M=nex007#T=S&O={} . I can most easily imagine it as a new design for super hero bigfigs.
