I initially thought Nya was going to be plain black, so I'm glad to see she's got gunmetal as her primary color instead. It's not much, but it's still a nice visual distinction.

Well , i do prefer how they look in the Hand of Time ... 

The way the new Zane is painted is really poor ... I guess i'm lucky as it means i won't be in a hurry to have them all ^^

Zane is my favorite! I loved the more simple designs of the ninja.

Zane's my favorite as well. And i'm really taking a liking to Kai's printing now. Lloyd looks neat too. I'm kind of meh on the rest. They're not bad in fact they're all well designed, I just wouldn't pick them over these 3.

I'm getting them all. I just love the overall look and feel of this movie! The simple suit design are refreshing, and I love the 2 piece head wraps and the fish baddies ❤️❤️. I maybe one of the few, but I'm soo pumped, I'm actually planning on seeing this in Denmark the weekend it comes out! I'm soo pumped!

It's interesting that Zane is the only one who doesn't have a black mask. Also I have to say, these ninja masks are the most realistic Lego's released. From the actual look of them to the 2-piece thing.

So Nya just gets a fabric piece for her armor. Up till today I though it would be a hard plastic armor piece, the first of its kind. But a cloth armor piece for the legs is also not bad.

I was expecting the material used on the pouldron here. Happy with the fabric piece although I don't think the material looks as good.

Those were exactly my thoughts at first, but looking at the other fish villains, It seems only the shark ones (great white and hammerhead) will be moulded, fortunately:

That's a relief, that airtank/shoulder armor mold can be quite useful for repurposing for creations or future minifigures.

Less customisation because you can't separate it. For example, a shark head only could be useful for Killer Shark from DC.

The shark headpiece is nice on it's own and it can be applied to a lot of things. But if it's molded with an armor piece it kind of lessens the customization had they not been molded.

So are the fish-heads moulded to their armour? I hope not. Where is the fun in reusing those parts then?

That's what it looks like lordofdragonss is trying to say. But it looks like only a few enemy types are that way.

It's one piece on the shark villains.  The helmet and the armor appear to be seperate pieces on the puffer fish, the crab, and the angler fish.  Also, I just noticed that each villain's armor has a battery charge indicator printed on it.  That's a nice little detail; and I wonder if it will have any relevance in the movie.

On a side note I really like how they mixed Zane's robotic features while keeping him look like the others. As the theme has moved forward Zane has become more and more robotic and much more silver, which personally I started getting sick off, it's nice to see him look more traditional again while still having the robotic eyes.

Completely agree to this!

I wonder how long it will take till we see the any official reveals. I'm really curious to see how many of the decorations in the sets are actually prints, they look really nice for using in a medieval asian context.

I too have enjoyed seeing the various minifigs from the upcoming sets and can't wait to see more!

As to when we will get detailed set reveals?  Since we are at the end of May, with an "official" release date of August 1st in North America and an "unofficial" on-shelf date of around July 15th, I have to believe that the answer is:  soon.  TLG, assuming they follow their normal pattern, will have them on their shop at home website the first week or so in July, which is about 5 weeks away.  But my money is on us seeing something before that. 

Given that the Star Wars TLJ set images (in non-watermarked form) have already leaked (and I don't think those release until September) I have to think that TLNM sets won't be too far behind.  Perhaps the same person who has those images can get the LNM sets as well?
