Severus A Posted March 4, 2016 Posted March 4, 2016 Hey, it looks great. You could build it in modules for easier transport. Quote
pirzyk Posted March 4, 2016 Posted March 4, 2016 Just thought I'd share this Workshed I am working on for the Rocky Mountain Train and Toy show this weekend....nearly ready...have no idea how I'm gonna transport it! lol I use a foam core board to slide under the baseplates of the Eiffel Tower base and put it into a 24" x 24" box. Looks like your base is 2x2 baseplates square, the same size and you already have it on a board. Sliding it on and off that board at the show will be the trickiest part. Good luck! The building is awesome. I love all the details. Quote
dr_spock Posted March 4, 2016 Posted March 4, 2016 Avast. She's a good looking shed. Did you build it as one big module? Quote
GunwitchUK Posted March 4, 2016 Posted March 4, 2016 That is awesome work. Anyway to modular it (new word???) aqnd layer it in large boxes? Quote
dr_spock Posted March 6, 2016 Posted March 6, 2016 I saw somewhere you got it out of house and displayed at the event. Quote
goody82 Posted March 8, 2016 Posted March 8, 2016 Vedauwoo, I saw your awesome Workshed at the Rocky Mountain Train show Saturday. It was awesome and has stuck in my memory as the type of work I would love to be able to do someday. It was nice to meet you as well. Patrick Quote

I actually do have a big "clip board" of sorts...made for artists of some sort...same thickness as a regular clipboard and very rigid....this monster was about at the limit of what it can handle....and the cart on rocky asphalt didn't help! lol Avast. She's a good looking shed. Did you build it as one big module? Yep....one big behemoth! That is awesome work. Anyway to modular it (new word???) aqnd layer it in large boxes? Huge and fantastic! Top notch! I can smell the dirt and oil! I saw somewhere you got it out of house and displayed at the event. Vedauwoo, I saw your awesome Workshed at the Rocky Mountain Train show Saturday. Patrick Awesome....I think I remember you....but who knows...lol, there were quite a few folks there. Great build! Thanks all! Sorry for the delay in replying...almost forgot I posted this here..... The large windowed roof nearly tore itself apart on the way in to the show...but survived! some shots from the show....: Interior view by Christopher Briggs, on Flickr Random Parkour Enthusiast by Christopher Briggs, on Flickr Workshed - Bird's eye view by Christopher Briggs, on Flickr Railyard workshed at Rocky Mountian Train and Toy Show Denver by Christopher Briggs, on Flickr Additional skylight on flat roof by Christopher Briggs, on Flickr Railyard workshed end view.. by Christopher Briggs, on Flickr Thanks for visiting! Patgeo Posted April 4, 2016 Posted April 4, 2016 Amazing creation! It looks great! I really liked all the rush that you captured in your MOC! Quote
Brick City Posted April 4, 2016 Posted April 4, 2016 Wow! I love the skylight! Little (or big) details like these make up the best MOCs. The flat roof skylight is great! I'll have to steal that one! Quote
baard Posted April 4, 2016 Posted April 4, 2016 Like it Looks like the visitors at the show did too! Quote
AlmightyArjen Posted April 5, 2016 Posted April 5, 2016 Looks great, also the internals! Well done! Quote
