I remember building it exactly as it came: a nice, friendly little moon explorer, picking up samples of rocks and rolling around.

It didn't take long before the white and red guys were enemies and fighting it out, of course. >:-)

Oh, that was a great set. I still have mine in a dusty old Classic Space box. Great set! I loved the use of the green translucent pieces. I used mine to create some Battlestar Galactica scenes. Do you still have it?

One of my first sets (and I have a Christmas picture with it somewhere), was the Brick Yard:

Mine was the Space Police set.

The Galactic Chief #6813 release on 1993 :'-)

I don't even know what set was my first one, but ONE of the first could have been this one: 1592 - Town Square.

I did share the sets with my brother in our childhood so I don't know what did belong to whom, but on my gallery there are two more I have got. The others have to be photographed when there is time...

Some of the sets are missing lonely parts...

We get copies of this thread occassionally so I 'm going to pin it! X-D

Sorry about that. I thought we had discussed the topic a while ago, but thought we'd revisit.

A red biplane back in '94. My parents keep saying that it was the worst $10 they ever spent; I've been hooked on Lego since. This year alone, I've shucked out over $3000 on Lego.

This was my first SYSTEM set:

Boy that was good. Figs, accsesories, parts, and just plain fun! Too bad I don't have that hip anymore. I would have sunk it with cargo from my lego Harbor. >:-) Although I still never found out how Johnny could pull that ship with that tiny little chain...

My first Bionicles were Tahu and Lewa mata. Good times...

I can't remember exactly, but I do remember getting this set, and then again about a month later for a birthday present. *sweet*

Have I never posted in this thread?

Before I really started with lego I already had some fabuland and before duplo, but than I not recognized Fabuland as lego.
