Shadows Posted November 12, 2007 Posted November 12, 2007 That would be #6901-1, Mobile Lab. I remember building it exactly as it came: a nice, friendly little moon explorer, picking up samples of rocks and rolling around. It didn't take long before the white and red guys were enemies and fighting it out, of course. >:-) Classic Space On! *y* Quote
WesternOutlaw Posted November 12, 2007 Posted November 12, 2007 That would be #6901-1, Mobile Lab. Oh, that was a great set. I still have mine in a dusty old Classic Space box. Great set! I loved the use of the green translucent pieces. I used mine to create some Battlestar Galactica scenes. Do you still have it? One of my first sets (and I have a Christmas picture with it somewhere), was the Brick Yard: Link here: Brick Yard Quote
Mofo Jones Posted November 12, 2007 Posted November 12, 2007 My first set was Universal Building Set #113. I had a couple of Classic Space sets as well, then a pirate raft and then a long, long dark tunnel that ended the day I bought the #7130 Snowspeeder. Quote

baby Posted November 12, 2007 Posted November 12, 2007 Mine was the Space Police set. The Galactic Chief #6813 release on 1993 :'-) Quote
Aredhel Posted November 12, 2007 Posted November 12, 2007 I don't even know what set was my first one, but ONE of the first could have been this one: 1592 - Town Square. I did share the sets with my brother in our childhood so I don't know what did belong to whom, but on my gallery there are two more I have got. The others have to be photographed when there is time... Some of the sets are missing lonely parts... Greetings, Aredhel Quote

Lt. Col. Thok Posted November 12, 2007 Posted November 12, 2007 A red biplane back in '94. My parents keep saying that it was the worst $10 they ever spent; I've been hooked on Lego since. This year alone, I've shucked out over $3000 on Lego. Quote
Siegfried Posted November 19, 2007 Posted November 19, 2007 722... ...and then 733... I really should try to build some of the models. I recall the helicopter in 733 was pretty cool. *wub* Quote

VBBN Posted November 19, 2007 Posted November 19, 2007 (edited) This was my first SYSTEM set: Boy that was good. Figs, accsesories, parts, and just plain fun! Too bad I don't have that hip anymore. I would have sunk it with cargo from my lego Harbor. >:-) Although I still never found out how Johnny could pull that ship with that tiny little chain... My first Bionicles were Tahu and Lewa mata. Good times... Edited November 19, 2007 by ~VBBN~ Quote

Wout Posted November 25, 2007 Posted November 25, 2007 Have I never posted in this thread? Before I really started with lego I already had some fabuland and before duplo, but than I not recognized Fabuland as lego. for example: 3638 3707 3708 when I was on Holiday my mom found a little knightsoldier from lego under my bed, forgotten by an other child. I liked him so much I got 2 other small sets with soldiers and a merchant (I believed it was a merchant) not long after that. 6102 6010 those were the days *wub* (I could not post pictures in this thread so I only post the numbers, maybe in the future I really learn to place pictures in Posts) Quote
