Stauder Posted November 16, 2007 Posted November 16, 2007 V-W-2F Well, quite contradictory to what the title suggests - HEY WAIT! Since your here at least look at it! - anyway, unlike the title suggests the MLS Wackable is a Rather serious Deep Sea Submarine. A general Side View. A View of the bottom, where the is a hatch for a diver to leave trough. The Conning tower in all its glory.. The other side, Here a air tank (Where the pins are) is removed. Inside there"s 2 Minifigs, and room for a nother 2. (Diver and a nother random fig) Here you can see inisde the Glass Bubble.. And here you can see the one robotic arm it has. Please Comment. Stauder Posted November 16, 2007 Author Posted November 16, 2007 Conning tower? Its a working one, or do you mean the hatch? No you have to use your imagination with the hatch. :-$ Stauder Quote
Asuka Posted November 16, 2007 Posted November 16, 2007 I meant if your conning tower works as an real entrance for your MFs to that sub. It isn Quote
Stauder Posted November 16, 2007 Author Posted November 16, 2007 Yes this was why I wanted to know about the ROV. Also The Sub is Loosley Based on The Alicia Submersible. Thats where I got the Idea For the Front. Stauder Quote
casewindu Posted November 16, 2007 Posted November 16, 2007 Very nice Stauder looks very sleak and stylish! Will this be another vehicle you will be going around in looking to annoy people with your interviews? :-P only joking mate! ;-) X-D Quote
Stauder Posted November 16, 2007 Author Posted November 16, 2007 I dont see why not, CW. And I just finished a APC To carry round our VIPS :-P Ps - Now We can Interview alex! :-P Stauder Quote
Commander Andrew of 501 st Posted November 17, 2007 Posted November 17, 2007 the sub is awsome *wub* but i have only a tiny gripe.... the robotic arm is a lil stubby Mr. Staudie :-D Quote
Hinckley Posted November 17, 2007 Posted November 17, 2007 Nice job Stauder. It's nice to see the pic you based it off of. You did well at getting all of those details in there. However, I'm not sure I would've known what they were if I didn't have your reference pic. I think you should work on the swoosh factor if you return to this one day. Right now it looks a little blocky. But, I do think it's an excellent start. I really like the size of it! Quote
Stauder Posted November 17, 2007 Author Posted November 17, 2007 Well Hink, at first everything is blocky, you just gotta sand it down dont ya? :-P Thanks for the comments, Im currently de blocking the sub, so its kinda a WIP again... Stauder Quote
Siegfried Posted November 22, 2007 Posted November 22, 2007 Whackable and the Walrus? 8-| To be a negative nancy off the bat, like Commander Andrew said the arms are way to short. But other than that you have produced an interesting MOC in a sadly negleted genre. :'-( I do tend to think that you might be rushing your MOCs a tad though. What this (and the Walrus) need is a bit more polish. Your ideas are very good though. *sweet* Quote
Lt. Col. Thok Posted November 22, 2007 Posted November 22, 2007 Very interesting design. It is quite authentic, but its oddball colour scheme puts me off. Quote
Lord Of Pies Posted November 22, 2007 Posted November 22, 2007 I like it, it is better than my submarines! Though, I think it is a wee bit blocky. Quote
