Where are your manners? People aren't very likely to do your request for three reasons:

1) You haven't specified what you mean by front.

2) Your reference picture only shows the character's head and not the torso(I assume by front you mean torso?).

3) You haven't used very good manners. People won't fill out requests when people say: Give me this, give me that etc. Please and thank you are essential when requesting a decal in this topic.

Hi....

I'm looking for a decal of a Tower Warder (Yeoman of the Guard) from the Tower of London for a project related to GIlbert & Sullivan in LEGO.

The best example I've found is here:

This guy has sergeant's stripes on his arm, which I need, but I also need one without those stripes. The torso decal would be form the belt up.

I plan on using plain red legs for the minifig, but if someone has an interest in doing the panniers below the belt, I would put them on the legs.

Thanks, and if compensation is required, I could figure something out.

I thought you learnt this last time Lord Embo. Please stop re-posting your requests. This thread is the archive of our members' requests. No need to re-post them. Our decal designers know they have to go back to check which requests have not been taken yet.

And we do not work with fixed schedules, so stating you requested something 7 or 8 days ago means almost nothing here. All the decal designers are voluntaries, so they take requests when they can.
