PS: Applying helmet decal will be a really big challenge, probably it will be better to cut helmet designs on a few different pieces and apply them separately. Also I'm not sure about helmet dimensions.

Do you need exactly the city sweatshirt or any other will work? I've done a hoodie sometime ago, I can easily recolor it and add blood splats.

You dont need to make it long, just the right size to fit onto a torso, so basically down to the buttons and the buttons on the back.
