Shrek 4?Shrek 5??Shrek 6??? Seriously its not as great as SW to do that many films! :-D

I thought the first 2 were good but I haven't seen the 3rd, However seeing at Costco, "The Shrek Trilogy" makes me laugh :-D

Films like Indiana Jones 4 and National Treasure 2 are sequals I really want to go see, However I would never go see Shrek,4,5,6,7,8.............

I have always preffered Pixar over Dreamworks, I beileve pixar is making another film next year, about a robot?

Sequels are only good if the orginal was good IMHO

Also, I really don't buy all this "rip-off" stuff as much as you do. The Lion King, maybe, The Wild, most assuredly, but movies like Ratoullie and A Bugs life aren't ripoffs of Flushed Away and Antz because aside from animal species, they have basically nothing in common.

shreks always been a waste of time, effort and money IMO. Here's your basic shrek dialogue:

Donkey: Hey shrek, you know, because I've never dated no gingerbread man before, but I think he trying to sell us some magic beans, see now thats what I'm talking about... Puss, put that thing away. Now where was I again....

Um, Jinzo, I said that the Wild WAS a rip-off of Madagascar. And what I meant about the animation style is that while Dreamworks goes for a psuedo-cartoon style, Pixar makes their animal movies seem much more realistic in comparison. |-/

Jack Thompson makes me sick. Kids shouldn't be sheltered from violence, Lest they Not know how serious it is when it happens. If a kid Kills because "Of a video game", You put that little snot on trial and Make a example out of them. Then You repeat the process until the world's youth gets it into their thick skull that there is a mile long Flourescent green line between real life and video games, and the ESRB is no longer necissary.

Since were talking bout Shrek 3 sucking I think I should tell this short story: While I was at the theatre @ the end of the movie I heard a 3 year old say that was crap! I will never forget that moment. True story. :-D

Well i only saw one and two...those where funny i think.

But like most movies, after part two it goes downhill....

Though Shrek is a good concept, they should be able to make good 30 minute cartoons out of it for tv or so...

Since when before this did you hear the S word ten times or hear dirty jokes in Transformers shows and movies?

Well, I do remember sitting in a theater in 1986, my friend and I (and everyone else) with our jaws dropped, going "Coooooool!" after Spike dropped an S bomb as Unicron managed to suck his ship back in. *wub*

But yeah, it wasn't just flung all over haphazardly for shock effect. And there was no cliche' potty humor to make it feel like every other modern kid's movie.

Well that's a relief. It was good.

Felt NOTHING like the 3rd movie... more of a return to the 1st.

And it wasn't just a boring franchise christmas special with everyone sitting around in one room doing flasback megablocks or talking about the holidays (due to a rushed production schedule), it felt like watching a mini-movie.

It moved pretty fast, but crammed in everything good about Shrek.

Everyone got a decent amount of airtime, too.

Lol at both scenes of Puss interacting with Shrek and Donkey's babies.
