One month ago I posted my entry for Hinckley's Neighborhood contest...

Since then, I got some new pecies on BrickLink, and I thought tey could add something to it :-$ .

So, here is Version 2 of my sigfig's house:

I called a few frends to help me with the review

as you can see, I have a new gate with nice ironwork

The house has now a back side, too; it can be opened to show the interior

I changed the garden a bit and purchased some furniture for garden parties

As always, I have to carry the food supplies while the others pretend to be busy |-/

Here you can see *yoda* enjoying the new garden furniture

In reality, he was the only one who voluntired to help me, but the others said something about an odd party with living food.... :-X *wacko* X-D

Copmike seems very intersested in my car...

An overview of the outside

Now to the inside: I added some details in the kitchen, a new carpet, and a ceiling lamp

Sinner is upstairs, bousing the net

Note I finally convinced my interior designer to add a service switch to open those roof-windows :-| :-P

This part is totally new: stairs, closet, and a nice little loft

Now, we can start our party *y*

Wait, just a minute of silence to respect the absent: Hinckley, who couldn't partecipate because he's still convalescent from the great Halloween party :'-( .

I guess it can be seen here better, but they are not exactly 'talking': as you can guess from Shakar's face, they're actually arguing on something... 8-|

Ah, yes. Is that a seperate park or a secret garden, or is it a totaly different scene?

It's a separate park; you could see the pic as a photo Sinner got on the net by Hinckley himself ;-)

Sorry I'm late to comment on this LuxorV :-$

This is an excellent neighborhood house, the new mods do it a lot of justice and great detail *y*

The veranda and balcony make the house not seem like your everyday, standard house, and the plants on the side prevent it from becoming just a plain wall.

The living room is very good, I especially love that kitchen! *wub*

My one criticism is that the yellow stairs seem a bit out of place, and the white and red colour scheme seems a bit generic, atleast to me anyway.

Luckily, the fact that you have all these great details, and a good design, makes these criticisms relatively minor.

I know, but it was all related to my pieces availability: I had to chose between yellow or red 3x2 plates for the stairs. And the red line around the building was planned to match the veranda roof (now I got bored with it, but I don't want to take half of the house apart to replacer it :-| :-$ )

I'm sorry I don't have a Batman MF, else you could have appeared in the park scene ...next to.Spiderman X-D

Thanks for inviting me to your house! *sweet* This is very similar to what I was considering making for my Sigfig house, but I have decided to go for my second idea now... The verandah is one of my favouite features, and I love how you included a toilet. The TV antenna is a nice touch; they are becoming quite rare now. :'-( This looks like such a believable house. *wub* I do wonder though how did I and the other big headed Fabuland people actually go thought the front door. :-P

(Coll's becoming quite famous now.... and no one even knows what she looks like! X-D )

I think I saw some of these antennas on BL, lately, but they were something like $ 5-8 each |-/

As for the big heads, maybe That's why I have a house with an openable back side X-D
