Apache Posted November 28, 2007 Posted November 28, 2007 (edited) It must have been Turkey day that worked the Apaches up into a frenzy because they robbed and raided the entire weekend. Unfortunately for them they ran into a detachment of Cavalry and a fight broke out killing 13 Apache warriors and the chase was on. The Cavalry chased the Apache across the salt flat to the foothills of the Sierra Oro where the Apache ditched their horses to hide among the cracks and crevices of Granite Ridge. It was here where the ensuing battle took place. Lots of Ammo and lots of Sharps Only four remain Kablam, klik-klak....KABLAM! Not going down with out a fight Whooooohmmmpffffff........Aahhhhhhhhhhhh!!!!!!!!!!!!!............... Hand to Hand Aaaaaaiiieeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Apache Posted November 28, 2007 Author Posted November 28, 2007 VBBN, thanks. I've posted some other WW photos in posts below. :) Quote
zouave Posted November 28, 2007 Posted November 28, 2007 This is like it came straight off the old WW movie screen. That's real neat how you use the natural enviorment to create these mocs. I'm gonna try this next time we go through the badlands on our way to Colorado. Keep up the good work. Quote

Apache Posted November 30, 2007 Author Posted November 30, 2007 Zohauve, Make sure to bring some minifigs on your trip, it is alot of fun to arrange them and then see the picture enlarged on the computer. Yes, they are correct. My native americans are all custom made from lego parts as I have never owned a true native lego set. I've seen alot of pictures of apaches wearing cowboy hats and cavalry trooper pants so that was the inspiration behind that. I'm glad you all like them, it was pretty windy and some figs kept falling into the abyss and I had to keep resetting them. Enjoy and I hope to go camping here soon and will definately take some figs. Apache Quote

Apache I don't have any soldiers so it will have to be outlaws going to hide out in the area. ( That's what they're famous for.) Not to be rude or anything but my name is spelled Zouve. no h. Quote
