Flossie Posted December 9, 2007 Posted December 9, 2007 Is it just me or do the motorbikes seem too new for Indiana Jones. They look like modern motocross bikes, not something from the 1930's. Quote
Captain Green Hair Posted December 9, 2007 Posted December 9, 2007 Well the torso's and assecories look great. Like that sidepack and whip *wub* But the bikes look a bit to modern for the 1940's i think.... Quote
Indy565 Posted December 10, 2007 Posted December 10, 2007 Indy is perfect! I NEED THESE SETS! I'm in *wub* with this theme! Quote

zz-80 Posted December 15, 2007 Posted December 15, 2007 Oh my god, I've been in holiday and now I see the Indy sets coming out. :-) It is really incredible how authentic Sean Connery as minifig looks! Quote
Belloq Posted December 17, 2007 Posted December 17, 2007 Very clever idea to get out of taking a picture! :-D Would it be correct if I called the man in that pictur (Hinckley's) Hinckleyana Jones? :-P How about Hunckley? :-D Quote

Belloq Posted December 17, 2007 Posted December 17, 2007 :-D :-D Sure. Go nuts. Yya! I you review the Lost Tomb set, I'll have just the right thing to say: "Why Doctor Hinckley, whatever are you doing in that nasty place?" Quote
salty tbone Posted December 20, 2007 Posted December 20, 2007 After getting so hyped with your review, I've searched and searched and finally found my own. Wonderful minifigs (although I can already tell that by next year I'm going to have a small bin filled with Indy minifigs). I love the two motorcycles (I have the green version from the Bat Tank), but like others have said, I think they're too moto-cross modern for this set. I'm still keeping them though. *sweet* I can't help but wish they would had made a classic motorcycle body. One disadvantage of getting sets so early -- mine is missing the rounded front piece to the sidecar and Lego's customer service Web site says 7620 is not a valid set number. :-/ I have to remember to return later to request the piece. (Guess I'll just have to go back to TRU and buy more sets. X-D ) Quote

(Guess I'll just have to go back to TRU and buy more sets. X-D )Call them. The inventory list in the instructions has the part number. Of course, farbeit from me to stop you from buying more Indy sets. I found 7622 and 7621 at TRU this week. *wub* These sets are amazing and remind me of the Golden Age of LEGO-as quoted by SW4J. I'll have reviews up soon but since the market is a little flooded with Indy reviews right now I'm in no hurry. I'd rather finish up my comic before Christmas...Thanks! Quote
MrCustomizer Posted December 27, 2007 Posted December 27, 2007 Hi, Im new here. This is my first post. I got the motor cycle chase set for Christmas. If you want any pictures of anything I'll be happy to add them. Quote
jedikermit Posted December 30, 2007 Posted December 30, 2007 Welcome, Mr. Customizer! For those who are in the US who haven't found these yet, Target's got them now, for a few dollars less than Toys R Us did. Or maybe a dollar less. In any case, I picked up the three smaller sets yesterday--didn't think I could smuggle the Temple Escape past my wife without her freaking out, and I'm not sure if I'm going to buy that one anyway. But the new sets have hit Target. Yay! Quote
MrCustomizer Posted December 31, 2007 Posted December 31, 2007 Unfortunately, my camera just broke. |-/ So I can't put any pictures.. yet! By the way jedikermit, I live in the U.S too and I found it in a local Walmart that accidentally supplied them early! X-D X-D Quote
Brickulator Posted January 2, 2008 Posted January 2, 2008 Well I just ordered this set from Shop@Home, thanks for this Hinckley! Quote
