BrickFit26 Posted November 14, 2015 Posted November 14, 2015 They might do more modern because I don't think kids today know about the Gummi Bears or Rescue Rangers (other characters, not Chip and Dale), etc Wow, I completely forgot about Rescue Rangers. I love that disney cartoon too. Brings back memories. Quote
Bricky Dee Williams Posted November 14, 2015 Posted November 14, 2015 Huh, thought that was an error. Guess it really did mean 18. This is great news! They will be 18 minifigs in this serie: This is fantastic! More minifigures, even if it's only two, that they can make! Or, if they decide to go the other way, only 83 more Dalmations! Quote
EdWebhead Posted November 14, 2015 Posted November 14, 2015 Two extra figs is great! But my ocd is eating me up as it's not a square number. Quote

Good point, I wonder how they'll do the official picture. Probably two rows of nine. Since they can no longer do four of four, atleast not for this series. Quote
x105Black Posted November 14, 2015 Posted November 14, 2015 Wow! 18? why did they decide to raise the number of minifigures? Hope that doesn't effect the price on these. I hope it doesn't affect distribution. It probably means more rarity, since Its likely they'll stick to the same number of packages in each box. Quote

Plus, given the license they'll of course cost even more than normal CMFs on the secondary market, individual rarity aside. Quote
BrickFit26 Posted November 14, 2015 Posted November 14, 2015 Its exciting to see that they added 2 extra figures. I kind of now wish they would have started with series 15 if that is the new amount of figures that will be included for all of their future series. I need pictures Quote
strangely Posted November 14, 2015 Posted November 14, 2015 It's nice they're adding a couple more for this series, there are so many desirable characters in the Disney universe after all. Quote

legosamsonite Posted November 14, 2015 Posted November 14, 2015 Me too. We got simpsons series 2 list last Christmas. Maybe around then we will here something Quote
BrickFit26 Posted November 14, 2015 Posted November 14, 2015 Indeed, it is welcomed with open arms! If minifigures could open their arms, they would too! And haha, I just want a list! Yes, more is always welcomed. Hahaha, The possibilities if minifigures could open their arms I want that list too. I really want to see what disney character are chosen. Quote
Robert8 Posted November 14, 2015 Posted November 14, 2015 18 minifigures? Licensed series + 2 more minifigures = higher price for sure Quote
8BrickMario Posted November 14, 2015 Posted November 14, 2015 18 figures? Great, it means a better chance of getting the characters I want. Quote
Clone OPatra Posted November 14, 2015 Posted November 14, 2015 It has trolls in it so you might actually like it. It gives me no pleasure to dig up a post after the conversation has thankfully moved on, but I must when something is really out of line. NO NAME CALLING in any thread, at any time, ever. Hohoh, ok, settle down guys... And ^this is mini-modding. If anyone ever thinks anything is out of line, use the report button, do not comment on it. Quote
bricksfan Posted November 14, 2015 Posted November 14, 2015 Wonder if this will affect the price for series 16 minifigs... The Simpsons series got a raise to $4.00 and that has been the price for CMF´s ever since. This will probably be $5.00 Quote
BrickFit26 Posted November 14, 2015 Posted November 14, 2015 I can't deal with another full dollar increase. I hope they don't it. I didn't like it when they did that increase for series 1 of the simpspns Quote
Robert8 Posted November 14, 2015 Posted November 14, 2015 Man, we thought that was the Football series that had eighteen, but holy cajoli, that's great! The DFB Series is likely to have less than 16 characters since each football squad has 11 players Quote
bricksfan Posted November 14, 2015 Posted November 14, 2015 (edited) If that´s the case, completing this series with no repeats will be $90!!!! The DFB Series is likely to have less than 16 characters since each football squad has 11 players Each team gets to take 23 players to the world cup. EDIT: So we will probably get all 16 or even 18. Robert8 Posted November 15, 2015 Posted November 15, 2015 (edited) After seeing the picture of the box, now I do think that's a placeholder. It's the same box they used for CMF Series 12 Edited November 15, 2015 by Robert8 Quote
CM4Sci Posted November 15, 2015 Posted November 15, 2015 Whoa, I had never seen that before! Weird shadows. It must be so awesome to see physical prelim boxart... Quote

I didn't like it when they did that increase for series 1 of the simpspns Yeah, not paying $5 for one Minifigure. I only forked over $4 for the TFA C-3PO because of the printing. No way will I buy all the Disney CMFs. Haha, unless of course I do. Lego always has their ways of getting to people. Or more specifically, peoples' wallets. Bricky Dee Williams Posted November 15, 2015 Posted November 15, 2015 A teacher of mine once said: "Sadly, LEGO is very expensive." And then, the heavens opened up and the Angels preached "amen!" But seriously, understatement of the century. They really should not charge any more for these. Those mighty micros that are lighting up the Superheroes threads? Those are two minifigures for $10, plus minibuilds. $5 also just wouldn't make sense on their part. Quote
Amazing Bricks Posted November 15, 2015 Posted November 15, 2015 Watch them be $4.50, that would just be messed up of Lego to do. Quote
