Considering when this series will be out five slots for Inside Out characters seems unlikely to me, with the DVD already on the shelves by then any fuss over it will be long gone. It's possible, but i remain skeptical

Well, I certainly wouldn't complain if we get all the Inside Out emotions in the first series. But yeah, I have a hard time believing that they would do that. I would expect a lot more classic characters in the first series. The rest of the list sounds pretty good too (except for Tarzan and Jane) so I kinda hope it's true, but I wont hold my breath.

However, if this is true, then I have a bad feeling about this theme. If they don't have a single princess in the first wave, I'm afraid that they will indeed keep the princesses exclusive to the minidoll sets as some had speculated which would be terrible. :look:

If they do Jane, she could come with the new dress piece.

Isn't Mulan classified as a Disney princess? All five emotions from Inside Out does seem a little odd. As does Tarzan and Jane, although their inclusion is more understandable.

Have there been any rumours about the rumoured Disney build/set which may be released along with the CMFs?

Fudge, I think it's real! Well, I mean I haven't heard of anything myself but it sounds plausible and matches with our early rumors. I speculated about Mike, never said that I heard anything about him coming.

All Inside Out emotions sounds plausible, I knew they'd put some new characters in. But Jane, Tarzan, and even Mulan are odd choice to me over the many iconic characters... I mean, no Goofy or any of the classic princesses?

The server to the link is down right now, but I am doubtful about the listing. Donald is more likely to have a microfigure Chip or Dale, maybe both, but probably not. Pluto, if we get him in the series, is more likely to go with Mickey, since Donald would require more new molds than Mickey. The lack of both Goofy and Daisy on the list is also suspect. The speculation of a Disney set as companion to the series seems more plausible than this list.

When I was thiking about this being real or fake, the Inside Out characters were a red flag for sure.

But then I thought they could be included to appeal to younger and newer fans that may not be THAT interested in old characters

Well, it certainly seems just weird enough to be plausible. When did we first get a list for the Simpsons series?

For Series 2, it was mid-December.

Hey, Mulan is iconic! Moreso than lilo and stitch, Tarzan and Jane, or any of the emotions...

Besides, just like S14 Monsters series, there is something for everyone despite being a themed series: pirates (Hook), space (Stitch), Castle (Jafar, Mulan, Peter Pan)

The lack of Princesses is odd, but there is already a LEGO Disney Princesses line, so...

Tarzan and Jane don't seem nearly popular enough to make the first series, but I would buy the emotions in a heartbeat. A bit disappointed in the lack of female villains (if this is real). I would have liked Maleficent or the Old Hag before Jafar and Hook. Overall, not too excited by the list. It doesn't have enough characters I like, and even though I love Inside Out, I don't know if the emotions really deserve five spots in the series.

I hope this isn't real. Half of the characters don't merit a first-series appearance, and several more popular characters are being overlooked. I mean, Jane before Goofy or Snow White? And why is Mulan the only Princess in the group? Nope, not trusting this.

Though I think it's abit hard for a sequel to IO, I still expect to see any official IO LEGO set (please approve Oky's project, LEGO  ).

The main problem is that it's hard to choose a story franchise with multiple main/icon characters to join the CMF series, unless LEGO confirm that there would be many more CMF series waves or regular sets. The could just choose Joy and Sadness (they're the top two in the aspect of storyline), but no other three together would be a sad thing.

Incredibles is a similiar case, but hopefully its confirmed sequel brings out some LEGO sets.

I still believe that regular Princess sets should be in charge of the characters by all means , so not having princess's in this series wouldn't be the deal. I would recommend some other Disney heroines that aren't princess-related instead (remember that we have Kida the unofficial princess ).

Tarzan sounds fine to me, it's not the least favored or noticed Disney film after all.

As for that list, my main doubt are:

1)Just ONE Disney Villain? There could be at least two.

2)All IO emotions included seems unreasonable, cause not all Mickey gang included in this series, too.

I could almost believe this list, but then there's Tarzan and Jane. I'm not so sure about those two as I think Disney had licensing problems with those characters some time ago, in fact I think the rights reverted back to the original owner at one point (That was why Deep Jungle in the game Kingdom Hearts never appeared in any of the sequels).

So unless Disney bought back the rights I'm thinking this isn't real.

Why no love for Tarzan and Jane? Am I the only one around here who liked that movie? Personally, I'd be really happy if that was the final list, even though Goofy would be sorely missing... Hopefully there'll be more series to rectify that :sweet:

Well, that pushes me a little further toward believing this list. And if there really is a D2C to coincide with this series, I wonder if maybe Goofy will be included as an exclusive like Snake was for the Kwik-E-Mart.

Like mentioned, it's hard to believe that there is just one wave for CMF Disney, and key icons like Daisy or Goofy don't look like choices for exclusives. Pete or Yen Sid are possibly more competent. Hopefully there could be some more non-princess Disney classics sets....

Here's a thought to everyone advocating the molded head thing: The Minidolls will fit nicely next to all the weird-headed figures. All the Disney characters have weird and inconsistent proportions anyway, so it should work great.

I'd be very happy if they didn't do any repeat characters from the Princesses theme.

I'd say fake. I can't see them giving us Jane or Tarzan so soon. Neither are particularly popular, especially Jane. Not to mention I think we've heard mumblings of Mike Wazowski? Not sure it that's true either. Also don't understand why Pluto would come with Donald. Lack of a Goofy seems strange as well.

Also: no Buzz and Woody, who are surely a cert.

This list strikes me as about half true and half false. I don't know how that could have happened, but plenty of characters are obvious shoe-ins so it's possible they got lucky with guessing.

I guess the problem with Inside Out is that they will probably just about be sellable next year. The year after they will be forgotten about by the majority. So they either do all five in S1 or forget about them. Personally, I have no interest in them. The classics (Mickey et al, Pan and Hook, the Aladdin ones) I'll get if good enough. Tarzan and Jane, meh. If they are real, I hope they do 3 frequency for those. Presumably they will be fleshie though, so the Tarzan torso might be useful as a part rather than as a minifig.

Although this is already defined as "Minifigures" series and it unlikely happens, I agree that minidolls could be ultilized in more different licensed themes. Toy Story minidolls would work well for me.

The main problem is that the molded heads are exclusive to only one certain figure and you may not change them to the other. That means you still have to make two kinds of heads for two types of figures.

I don't think the list is real... but it would not bother me if it was. There are several I would want for parts... Peter Pan, Mulan, Aladdin, Captain Hook, and Jafar. Depending on how they look I might even do Jane, Tarzxan, and Genie. I would save a bit of money this way.

I completely disagree. I think all of those characters need to be redone as minifigures.

I vehemently disagree. We need less minidolls and more minifigures.

Not sure if this is real, but.... you never know......

#18 on that list conveys my emotions if this is real... Disgust.

From that list, I'd be interested in Pluto, Peter Pan, Mulan, Genie, Aladdin, Stitch, Tarzan, Captain Hook, and Jafar. I'd suspect molded heads will ruin the appeal of at least half of those for me.
